He was on time and responsive to all my questions. I sent him a list of songs and he incorporated others that flowed well. My wedding guests stayed on the dance floor. He was excellent

WARNING - DO NOT HIRE THIS DJ!!!!
I initially contacted DJ Rell in September 2025 for my wedding in March 2026. During the first few communications he was very responsive and seemed professional so we decided to book him. In November we made some changes to our wedding which had to be communicated to DJ Rell ASAP to ensure he would still be able to accommodate us. As he is very active on instagram I decided to message him there first which was on November 13; there was no response. The next day I sent him a text message asking to speak about the changes; he replied and we had a phone conversation. In the phone conversation, he stated he would get back with me to let me know and I requested an updated contract if he was able to accommodate the changes. I texted on November 20 to follow up as I had not heard from him in almost a week. I reiterated the changes that I was requesting. He did not confirm or send a new contract. On December 2 he finally said he could accommodate the changes and I requested the new contract again. He said it would be sent. Another two weeks went by and nothing was received. After requesting the new contract on several occasions - 3 times in December alone - December 2, December 16, and December 30 I still have not received an updated contract confirming the changes. I have texted him multiple times and my fiancé has had a phone conversation with him asking for the new contract. This has made us doubt his professionalism; we are extremely concerned about his accountability and reliability. Why would it take this long to send over an updated contract? He is clearly not holdingu up to his word deliberately and avoiding sending over a new contract. Which is bad business. At this point we just want all of our money back as we have to get a new DJ that will be professional and dependable for this very important day.
