This place is nothing short of amazing! Excellent staff, amazing location, and I am continued to be blown away every time I photograph there. I recommend the Environment Service Building to ALL of my clients 5 STARS!
My name is Tammy Lewis and I own Delineations Photography in Tacoma, WA. I shot a wedding here at the Environmental Services Building last August and I have a few pictures on my Wedding Wire account from that wedding. This is a beautiful and outstanding venue. The views of Chamber's Bay are second-to-none, and if your couple is still around at sunset, they can expect some epic wedding photos at that time. This venue is perfect if you are having a very large wedding because it can accomodate lots of guests. The reception area is very large and I loved how it opened up to the outside so the guests could go from the lawn overlooking Chamber's Bay straight into the reception area. There are also quite a few places where you can do other types of shots, such as the bridge next to the builing that has a little woodland area around it. So all of your shots don't have to have the bay in the background. You will be able to get a variety of images for your clients. I hope to shoot a wedding here again in the future!!
I had the greatest experience photographing a wedding at the ESB! The indoor and outdoor lighting was superb for photography and the property views are breathtaking. The staff were all attentive and sincere; looking forward to capturing more weddings at this wonderful venue! -Shelby, Owner and Photographer at Shelby Schmidt Imagery http://shelbyschmidtimagery.com/
