Enhancements actually did my florals for a black tie banquet and did a wonderful job! The team their stuck with my budget and theme and helped me plan for an event in Madison from Nashville!

I have worked with Enhancements many times and am more pleased each time. They are always able to bring your vision to life regardless of budget. You will never hear "no" as an answer when working with Enhancements. If you can dream it, they will make it happen.

Nicki and her team did the flowers for our daughters graduation party. We could not have been happier. She completely exceeded our expectations! She worked within our budget and still gave us beautiful, full arrangements. On the day of the event, her team came and set everything up to make our day hassle free. The experience I had with enhancements was amazing! Nikki and her team took care of everything for my wedding. My flowers were beautifully done, and they were super accommodating during the whole process.. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful work they did. I highly recommend enhancements for everything.

Enhancements was great to work with. She worked within my budget and made it easy to make adjustments to what I wanted. She had really great ideas and what flowers to incorporate into the bouquets. She did a fabulous job!

Hired Enhancements for my wedding flowers, reception decor, and "day of coordination". The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I was picturing. I felt the decor was a little less than desired, but the rental price was a good deal. The day of coordination didn't exist. In fact, she seemed more panicked / scatter brained than me that day. I was disappointed to have to still coordinate everything myself on my wedding day.

Do not trust this company with your wedding day! They appear organized and put together but that is far from reality! I booked them in January of 2019 after finding them at the Wedding Expo in Madison for my wedding December 2019. After meeting the owner Nicki, I was pretty convinced they would make my wedding everything I dreamed of! My first meeting, I told her my vision for the wedding and the colors I was after. I went around her shop and picked out everything I wanted to rent decorations wise and she wrote those items down in great detail. At the end of the meeting I put down the deposit of half the bill and she sent me home with a copy of the listed rental items. I had a final meeting with her and another staff member to go over fine details when we were a month out from the wedding. Everything seemed perfect and I fully trusted Nicki to make my wedding everything I dreamed of. Instead I was extremely let down. The day of my wedding was chaos. Nicki did not show up and didn't tell me she wasn't coming! Instead she sent another staff member with not even half the things we requested to rent and paid for! I specifically said I wanted a elegant wedding with rose gold glitter, sequins, and burgundy accents. I got blues, whites, and so many decorations not put out. When my guests arrived several of my family members were scrambling to put away boxes her staff member left out in the main entrance. They were doing everything they could to get the reception hall decorated since guests were arriving. The hall wasn't close to decorated yet and the wedding started! I was promised my decorations would be set up prior to 1pm, cleaned up by 10pm. Neither happened! Her assistant told me that there was a health emergency for Nickis husband which is why she the owner could not come. Of course this is an uncontrollable situation I couldn't even confront her with my frustrations so I waited 3 weeks after my wedding was over to even contact the owner Nicki. At the end of the day, a plan should of been in place for her business in case some kind of crisis occurs. I paid $2500 for flowers and decorations and did not get what I was promised. To make matters worse, Nicki has ignored all emails and calls me and my family have made to her in the last few weeks. No apology was given, no kind of refund, and no warning that she wouldn't even be at my wedding due to an emergency. She made things seems so great, and came off very trusting. When I walked into my reception hall and saw basically nothing for decorations I was devastated. I spent the last year planning my wedding with her and none of it was the way I planned or visioned. There are several reviews on here, google, and Facebook similar to mine. Do your research! This company is a fraud! Do not trust them!
