They made our wedding magical. We split the evening. First part was a string trio for the ceremony, cocktail hour and part of dinner.  The rest of the night was a keyboard and sax. Everyone was incredible. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful this team was. Patricia was amazing at working with us and putting together this team. Could not have asked for a better night.  PS the strings even played Metallica for us!  Tell them what you want. They can do it!  

It was a pleasure to work with Patricia and Encore Music for our wedding. Having a string quartet was high on our list of special experiences for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They took our requests for music selection, offering helpful suggestions, and executed perfectly. Our guests loved having them.

I especially appreciated that they worked well independently. During the pre-ceremony, the bride and I had our hands full with our first look, and a quick rehearsal. When we got to rehearsal the ceremony, Encore was already set up playing music. This was the first time we saw them and they were in the right spot warming up.

When we joined cocktail hour about thirty minutes in, they were set up in a new spot playing music. Our only wish is that we could have spent more as bride and groom listening to them. They did a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them for a future event. Great job!

Encore Music was spectacular for my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour! I still can't get over how amazing the musicians were. Starting with the booking process, Patricia was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She took all of our request and made helpful suggestions. The music was absolutely beautiful and so incredibly well done. So many guests told me how amazing the music sounded. We are so happy we chose Patricia/Encore Music to play the elegant string music at my daughter’s wedding in the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Paul on January 15, 2022. They were absolutely perfect! It was quite apparent that she and her musicians love what they do by the way each one of them played their instruments. The music was truly amazing; it literally could not have been better. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was to walk into the church and listen to the captivating musicians. She went above and beyond by also having an absolutely wonderful piano player for the cocktail hour. Patricia’s communication skills are excellent as she knew exactly what my daughter and her fiancé wanted in the way of music during the ceremony. Patricia and Encore Music did an amazing job playing strings for our ceremony and cocktail hour! They were so flexible with us through postponing and changing the location of our wedding due to the pandemic. They even played a hymn with a singer who performed at the ceremony. I played cello growing up and it was so special having the strings be a part of our wedding day.

Then came the big day Saturday! Wow! I am so so so so happy you were there. You were literally the perfect addition to complete the outdoor ceremony vision I've had since I was a little girl. You were romantic, loving, soft, loud, and everything in between, truly from Charlie's song to my walking song- I heard you the entire way I walked down the aisle and your violin was singing in my ear making my steps feel confident and assured that this was really happening and I was about to marry the love of my life.

You and your beautiful music brought the whole affair together in the most elegant way and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will always remember and cherish you and your band for being with us on our special day and throughout the weekend.

We hired a string trio ensemble from Encore music to perform during our ceremony and cocktail hour, and we were beyond pleased! We hired a string quartet for our ceremony music and the cocktail hour- through Encore Music. They played absolutely beautifully the entire time and at the right volume- just perfect. We had a DJ for our reception and we wanted to add a special touch for our ceremony. Patricia Johnson- who was my main point of contact at Encore Music and also in the string quartet- was lovely. So reliable and really partnered with our officiate and our wedding coordinator to make sure she was clear on where and when they needed to play. I highly recommend this vendor!!!
