I'm not from Georgia, but my family lives there now. So over Thanksgiving break this year, my mom arranged for her, myself, my sisters, and my grandma to visit Encore so I could find my wedding dress. I was skeptical at first because it is a rather small shop, HOWEVER, they have an extremely affordable selection with a lot of different styles (and it's not overwhelming like some places).
When we arrived in the morning, we had the whole place to ourselves, which made the experience even more fun! Jessica and Kathy were extremely helpful, especially since I went in not really knowing what I was looking for. They helped me find my wedding dress style, and even though I had an appointment booked somewhere else (the "say yes to the dress" store), I ended up canceling because I found my DREAM DRESS at Encore!

OVERALL: I would highly recommend to any bride looking for a more personal, private experience. I did not feel pressured at all and was able to take my time and find my perfect dress. They had a nice sitting area for my mom, sisters, and grandma and we had so much fun! They even sent a sweet handwritten card to my house in Texas after I purchased my dress. Overall I loved my experience here - thank you Encore!

I went to this location before me and my husband found our venue about a year ago and Mrs. Kathy was so nice and when I went back this month she had the same energy as before. I found my dress and she complimented me on every dress I tried on which made me even more happy to be around her and to pick my dress from her shop. Thank toy Mrs. Kathy for being so helpful and helping me find my dream gown.

I found my Sophia Tolli dream wedding dress and veil here. This bridal salon gives you the bridal boutique feel and service. The store owner is so attentative and helpful in helping you shop and try on gowns. I also had my alterations done there. I absolutely loved my experience here and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a bridal gown. So many designers and a large price range. Great shop!

Kathy and Vivian are remarkable women! From trying on my dress all the way through alterations and picking it up before my wedding, they could have not been more helpful, caring, and considerate. I will be a return customer for life simply because I adore these two ladies so much!

I highly recommend Encore for your bridal shopping needs. I have had a great experience with them. I was concerned about shopping during COVID, and wanted the experience with my closest ladies. Kathy and her team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and safe. They have a great selection of dresses at a wide range of prices. She was encouraging as I tried on dresses and offered accessories to make the dress my own. It was a fun and memorable experience!

I had such an amazing experience at Encore! This was the one and only store I looked for wedding gowns, and I found my dress very quickly! All their dresses are so pretty and the owner, Kathy, was so sweet! She was so helpful, patient, and not pushy! From the day I walked into Encore Formals and Bridal I was not treated like a customer but like family. Ms.Kathy and Ms.Vivian provided Excellent service. The Tony Bowl gown I purchased turn many heads during my 20 year wedding renewal and reception on June 14, 2014. Encore formals and bridal has beautiful designer dresses for any occasion and at a reasonable price. Ms. Kathy, Ms.Vivian, and there staff are very helpful in helping you find the perfect wedding dress or cocktail dress. Ms. Vivian provides excellent alteration services even if you did not purchase from Encore. Because Encore gave such awesome service I also rented my grooms suits from them. Jims Tux provided endless colors and more than one Ivory suit design which was great. Encore even provides appointment only service on Mondays, for those who just want a more personal setting to try on your dresses without an audience. I would definitely purchase from Encore Formals and Bridal again. I would like to personally Thank again Ms. Kathy and Ms. Vivian and their staff for their Excellent service. We love You!!
