Despite the odds, Mallorie pulled off the wedding of our dreams! Mallorie stepped in a week before our wedding, when things didn't work out with our previous planner. Luckily for us she took on our wedding, came over for one planning session and from there everything went so smoothly! I felt so at ease knowing that she had all the details covered, and she always kept us in the loop. The night before our wedding we had a scare because of road closures due to nearby fires, and she got in touch all our vendors and everyone showed up on time!

The wedding day went so smoothly that several guests commented on how seamless the day went, and our vendors also mentioned how much they enjoyed working with her. I am a wedding calligrapher myself and was so happy with how she brought my vision to life with how she styled everything. I am so grateful for Mallorie, and can't recommend her enough!

Words cannot adequately express how wonderful, helpful and organized Mallorie was. My husband and I hired Mallorie as our month-of coordinator for our microwedding and she was a dream to work with. I remember reaching out to multiple coordinators and Mallorie was by far the most professional and responsive. To keep a long story short, my husband and I had some last-minute wedding complications due to COVID and altitude sickness. Mallorie jumped into action reassuring us that everything would be okay and moved forward without requiring any direction from us. My husband and I didn’t arrive to the Airbnb where we were getting ready and hosting our post-wedding reception until later in the day. When we arrived, Mallorie had set up our decor, troubleshot and solved all problems without our help and ensured we had the best wedding day. There was no issue too big or too small that Mallorie didn’t solve. She also organized and put away all our decor so it was so easy to check out and leave our Airbnb the next morning. On top of making sure our wedding day ran smoothly, Mallorie is such a kind-hearted person, provided us with wonderful vendor recommendations and answered all of our questions along the way. If you’re considering hiring Mallorie for your wedding day, stop considering and just do it!

Mallorie is absolutely amazing! I could mention countless ways that her attention to detail is remarkable and how she really ensures that every single element of your special day is included. But, I think what separates Mallorie from other coordinators is her desire to put the human aspect of the day first! You are not just her client, but you are someone who is marrying your best friend and planning one of the best days of your life. She understands and appreciates the importance of that. Mallorie was our wedding day saving grace. Our day-of coordinator had to back out a month before our destination wedding in Colorado. Our planner connected with Mallorie and she just so happened to have our date available. She was immediately on it - she got caught up to speed so quickly and was a great communicator on all details - huge advantage when dealing with any vendor, especially a day-of coordinator, as this individual needs to know your expectations inside and out. I immediately felt confident in Mallorie - her tone and demeanor made me feel as if she had been planning my wedding all along and knew it was going to be perfect. This is exactly the attitude and character you need before/on your wedding day. When our wedding day came, there was not a beat out of place, thanks to her oversight. She was running the show with confidence and kindness - not ordering people around, but orchestrating each party to their proper place. Her spirit is light-hearted and her smile is contagious. I had Mal assist me with my wedding back in May and it was the greatest decision I ever made. She was always quick to respond when I reached out and day of she assisted me with transporting the essentials and my day went sooooo smooth because of her.
