Working with Katie was a pleasure! When conflicts arose with our pre-scheduled rehearsal she did not hesitate to set up a stand in for the day of conflict AND set up of second rehearsal. This commitment to make things work really made me confident in her abilities going into the wedding day. On the day of the wedding Katie was present and kept me up to date on the weather and status of the event. If something went wrong, I had no idea because Katie was right there to handle and coordinate all situations. I would certainly use her again for any other events!

Katie was contracted by my wedding venue to do the day of and pre-event coordiation and was absolutely awesome to work with! She was very patient with my often indecisiveness and was always extremely responsive! Katie James is incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, organized, creative and helpful. She's also very affordable. I knew I would plan and organize the majority of my wedding so I signed up for "week of" services. But Katie started right away with helping me organize contracts, plan for payments for vendors, comparison between contract details and letting me know if there were any conflicts or if I needed to pay attention to certain issues. She was invaluable in prompting me on things I needed to plan and creative ways to handle issues. The day of the wedding was so enjoyable. Katie took care of everything from decorations, to making sure flowers and vendors were where they needed to be and helping guests and family members relax. She was outstanding at solving quick problems that came her way and making the production come off without a hitch. She's the best and very affordable!
