Services Offered
Emily Sara Events offers partial wedding planning and day-of wedding coordination as well as destination wedding planning. Emily will work with you one on one to help you with the details of your wedding, and will be there from beginning to end to execute while you enjoy your day. She works within all couples’ budgets, providing vendor recommendations that are affordable and suit your style. She is willing to travel to wherever your event may be!

Reliable and detail-oriented!

We loved working with Emily and her team for our wedding in June! She was extremely responsive and attentive to details as we planned our Indiana wedding while living in Arizona. She kept everything on track leading up to our day and was a huge help in communication with our vendors. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly and there was always a set of hands ready to help wherever needed. Our entire wedding party was so impressed with how calm and stress-free our wedding morning was. We couldn’t have done it without Emily!

Heart for Service!

Emily cares so much about the couples she works with, and as a fellow vendor, I'm so impressed by her ongoing connection with couples long after their day! She knows everyone's anniversary and remembers and celebrates them all. She truly puts her heart into each day she helps plan or coordinate!

Wedding Coordinator

We got married in downtown Indianapolis on 10/07/2023 and had the most perfect day--Emily and her team were pivotal in bringing our day to life! She helped us stay organized and provided complete relief the day of. I ended up getting ready with my bridesmaids at a different location other than our venue and had peace of mind knowing Emily & her team were on-site coordinating vendors, decor items, and the overall timeline. We had a large wedding guest list, large wedding party, and a lot of formal family photos we wanted to have done on the day of--Emily seamlessly communicated with the Venue coordinator and my Matron of Honor to bring it all to fruition. I would highly recommend Emily & her team for your day!

Great Wedding Planner

Emily and her team were so organized and efficient setting up our decor, making sure the day ran smoothly, making adjustments, and checking in on us during our wedding day. We were able to truly step back and enjoy our day without one thought about logistics or any issues. Leading up to the wedding she was helpful, very organized, worked well with my other vendors in coordinating things, and attended the final walkthrough. She really thought of everything and helped ensure we had every answer and possible question figured out ahead of time. Highly recommend and could not have had the wedding day we did without her!

Emily and her team were so great to work with!

Emily and her team were so great to work with! Emily was so patient and answered any and all questions we had. The day of we didn't have to worry about a thing since they had everything under control. You can tell Emily genuinely cares about her couples. Would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a seamless wedding day!

Helpful, organized and gracious

Emily was extremely helpful in organizing our timeline, contacting our vendors and ensuring everyone was where they needed to be. With everything that goes into wedding planning the last thing you need to worry about is contacting your vendors and making sure they show up day of! Emily and her team were amazing when it came making sure our special day went smoothly and we had everything we needed. They helped with transfer our large welcome signs, assisting our florist with gift tables and handled tear down at the end of the reception very efficiently! By the time I was finishing conversations with guests everything was already put in the correct cars and we were off! It was great to work with you Emily! Thank you for being a part of our special day!
