We loved working with Emily and her team for our wedding in June! She was extremely responsive and attentive to details as we planned our Indiana wedding while living in Arizona. She kept everything on track leading up to our day and was a huge help in communication with our vendors. On our wedding day, everything ran smoothly and there was always a set of hands ready to help wherever needed. Our entire wedding party was so impressed with how calm and stress-free our wedding morning was. We couldn’t have done it without Emily! -

Great Wedding Planner
Emily and her team were so organized and efficient setting up our decor, making sure the day ran smoothly, making adjustments, and checking in on us during our wedding day. We were able to truly step back and enjoy our day without one thought about logistics or any issues. Leading up to the wedding she was helpful, very organized, worked well with my other vendors in coordinating things, and attended the final walkthrough. She really thought of everything and helped ensure we had every answer and possible question figured out ahead of time. Highly recommend and could not have had the wedding day we did without her! -

Emily and her team were absolutely wonderful on our wedding day and the months leading up to it. They went above and beyond and way out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly and so that my family and friends did not have to worry about anything except for enjoying our wedding. Emily and her assistant Carla made sure everything was in place and set up and even sewed together my garter that broke the night of!! I can not recommend Emily Sara Events enough!! Carla and Jessica were amazing coordinators! I had some mishaps but they handled it exceptionally well as I did not want to be stressed on our wedding day. Carla and Jessica made sure to keep us hydrated in between breaks. They both made our wedding the best day of our lives May 15, 2022. I recommend 100% to hire a day of coordinator!! -

Smooth and Amazing
My husband and I hired Emily Sara Events to help with set up and making sure the day of ran smoothly. They are fantastically priced, detailed, kind, and just absolutely amazing. They bent over backwards to make sure our day was executed the exact way we had envisioned it. Nothing ran behind and I didn't have any stress in regards to our wedding. My advice to couples looking at Emily Sara Events is, HIRE THEM. You won't have any regrets. -

We had an amazing experience using Emily Sara Events as our day of coordinator for our wedding in October of 2021. I was pretty skeptical that we even needed a coordinator but my wife assured me it would be worth it. I could not have been more wrong with regards to how much better everything went and how incredible the value of having Carla and Andi coordinate our wedding would be. Carla was in contact with us throughout the process, both in person and over the phone or via email. She collected every bit of information she could possibly need to make sure our wedding went the way we wanted and without causing us any undue stress or wasted time. On the day of the event Carla and Andi were nothing short of amazing. They took over communication with all the vendors, family, friends, and anybody else that might have needed anything or any direction so we wouldn't have to be bothered on our big day. I had no idea just how much they would actually be responsible for and don't think we could have pulled things off without them. All the little things make a difference, such as having them pin on the boutonnieres, double check the decorations, provide advice, herd the guests, monitor the timeline, handout the tips to vendors, and even little things like grabbing a bottle of water for the bride or groom. We had the perfect wedding and having great coordinators was a very big reason things went so well. Many of our family members, bridal party, and friends made comments stating the same. -

Emily and her team were wonderful to work with for our wedding day of coordination! They truly helped make our day stress-free to allow us to enjoy every minute. We were able to meet virtually to discuss our wedding day vision, goals, vendors, and timeline necessities. She created a finalized timeline with us and communicated this to all of our vendors to ensure our day went smoothly, and it certainly did! Her team also helped set up and decorate for our outdoor ceremony and reception, which allowed us to enjoy our rehearsal dinner with family and friends. We are so thankful we chose Emily Sara Events to make our day feel effortless and serene. -

Emily and her team did a fantastic job for us last month. Despite a lot of things turning to chaos due to Covid-19 restrictions and having to maneuver around multiple events at the church, Emily’s team had every single detail accounted for in their plan. When we arrived to the reception, we were in awe of how everything turned out. Emily is incredibly friendly, considerate of what you are wanting in your wedding, and coordinates with all vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page. Their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was how we envisioned, despite many obstacles.
Emily, we can’t thank you and your team enough for this your help before, during, and following the wedding. It was perfect! -

Hands down the best wedding coordinators in Indiana. Being incredibly type A, it was hard for me to select a planner and entrust them with one of the biggest days of my life. Emily absolutely knocked it out of the park and delivered an incredibly organized, beautiful, and stress-free day. She took every single crazy idea of mine and made it happen without ever making me feel as though I had to compromise or give up on what I really wanted. COVID has made wedding planning very difficult — Nonetheless, Emily Sara Events went above and beyond to give my fiancé and I the day we’ve always wished for.
Bottom line: If you pick anyone other than Emily to put together your big day, you’re wrong. She’s simply the best that the Indianapolis wedding industry has to offer. -

Emily did a great job of making sure everything was coordinated and timed out for my wedding day. She was there to help with decorating, getting the DJ and musicians set up at the venue, and greeting the pastor while my husband and I were getting ready. She also helped think of those last minute things, like a table to set programs on, and worked with the coordinator at the venue to get me anything else that we needed. She took a huge weight off of my shoulders the day of, since I knew there would be someone else to take care of any issues that might pop up. She is on her way to creating an amazing business! She is a great person to help you with your special day! -

We loved her! She was so accommodating and so flexible! She was very calm when I felt like I wasn’t! As a constructive criticism I would say she needs to tighten up the ceremony preparation schedule so that the wedding party is more informed of what’s going to happen next such as getting everyone in line for the ceremony. There was some confusion in our event right before hand but we still loved Emily! Would definitely have her for our next wedding event!! -

When planning my wedding budget, a day-of coordinator was something I didn't know if I needed. After working with Emily and her Assistant, I cannot imagine not having them. They helped me set up decor, reminded me to relax, and were the go-to person for all my vendors to go to so I could relax and enjoy my reception. She was very easy to work with, and was willing to help with anything I needed! If you are on the fence about needing a coordinator, DO IT! Let them help you, so you can relax and enjoy your day.
