We held my son's rehearsal dinner here the night before his wedding at New Town in St. Charles. It was the perfect venue for many reasons. The groom's family and all of the groomsmen were from out of town. Having the dinner here as well as the guest rooms made it very convenient. Their event planner Chrissy Gifford was super helpful in planning the dinner, from the design of the room/table layout, to the room bookings, to every little detail. Their executive chef was awesome and everyone loved the food! Servers were super nice and helpful. Dinner was held in the Portland room which was perfect for our group of around 40. Highly recommend!

We had our wedding this past weekend, and I wanted to point out the main things:

The good:

Our coordinator at the Embassy is incredibly wonderful, professional, responsive and capable. She ran everything very well and assuaged all my bridal fears.

The food is delicious. We chose Salmon and Peppercorn Flank Steak with Chicken. Everyone enjoyed it.

The room was a great size for our wedding group of about 90. It was not overly crowded but also not too sparse.

Our bartender was amazing and made great drinks. Everyone was happy with the upgrade in the bar! So worth it!

The ok/not good:

Some of the vegetables were tough when we were eating. They probably needed to cook a little longer.

Some of the waiting staff would take our drinks away before we had finished. If we left our seat, they would take a full glass away.

And that's it! I was very happy with the Embassy and would have it there again. Highly recommend.
