I used this hotel to get a block of room for my wedding guests and it couldn’t have been more wonderful. The staff was super easy to work with in regards to booking, the rate was competitive, and our guests LOVED the breakfast and cocktail hour. Everyone raved about the hotel. It was super easy to have the shuttle get our guests to and from Embassy to our venue, Sylvan Dale. In addition, we had our Rehearsal dinner at Nordy’s so it was all very convenient. The staff was so nice to us and handed out our wedding gift bags with no complaints at all. I highly recommend using their hotel for your wedding guests! They will be well taken care of and impressed!

We originally picked the Embassy because it was a venue that was close home that would work well for us and for our guests. One we met with the catering manager/ wedding coordinator Chesley, I knew we had made the right choice. She and all of the staff we worked with at the hotel were so kind and accommodating throughout the year process it took to plan our wedding. They booked our outdoor ceremony venue which comes with an indoor contingency plan for inclement weather (we didn't need it thankfully but nice to have) and set up the reception for us so we could focus on our wedding on the big day. Both sites were decorated so elegantly! I would recommend anyone to book this venue - for a wedding or any other event!

The Embassy Suites Loveland was amazing! I was treated like a princess from the beginning. Everything went smoothly with the planning (they took care of almost everything and I got anything I asked for) and our wedding day went perfectly. All the guests commented on how wonderful the food was and the great service. Everything from the hotel rooms to the ceremony site at the Chapungu Park was beautiful. Considering the quality of service, etc., the price was very affordable. We could not be happier! I would recommend Embassy Suites to anyone. Ask for Chelsey, it would have not gone as smoothly without her!

Embassy Suites, Loveland is a must for the bride who is looking for a place that has amazing food, great accomodations, fantastic service, and terrific ambiance! I loved how all my wedding and reception needs were met in one place. Chelsey Penoyer, catering manager and her staff did an outstanding job with my wedding on August 6, 2011. The personal touches, like leaving a special personalized gift in our honeymoon suite, (which by the way, is included in your package if you have your wedding there) made our day very special. The banquet service, set up and food was of the finest quality. My husband and I felt like royalty and would highly recommend Embassy Suites to any new engaged couple! The quality is well worth the price and your guests will go home raving about your wedding for a long time to come.

My experience at the Embassy Suites with wedding coordinator Joanna was exceptional! She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. They did everything! I didn't have to worry about a thing! On my wedding day, everything ran so smoothly and efficiently. The staff who served us during the reception were excellent! They were fast, efficient, "invisible" - I never had to ask for anything! I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Loveland!

We had our reception at the Embassy Suites and it was the best decision we made for the whole wedding. We booked the Embassy before it was finished based on the fantastic customer service and input we were able to give. We literally got EVERYTHING we requested for our reception. The reception rooms are gorgeous, the set up was fantastic and the food was amazing. We got several compliments on the food and servers. I can not even explain how wonderful the Embassy Suites was. They made our wedding reception perfect. I would highly recommend them for everyone's wedding.

We love embassy suites, we have been there for company parties and decided to have our wedding there. Chelsey was amazing she took care of things very professionally and efficiently there were a couple of things we wanted done that I assumed I would have to take care of but she had it all handled. My only complaint is that there is no actualy wedding suite they are all suites and the same size so the room that was more than enough when my husband and I stayed there alone was not really big enough for myself and all the bridesmaids also we could have used one more server for our dinner just because people were still waiting for their food when others were done but all in all everything was amazing we had a great time and it was such a relief to have them take care of so many of the details that we would have had to pay extra for or do ourselves

Had a wonderful experience for my father's 70th birthday party - beautiful venue with plenty of space, plus a great experience all the way through from site selection to planning to perfect execution. Event planner and staff were wonderful in customizing a perfect event and making everyone feel comfortable. They also directed me to the best local vendors for cake, flowers, and decorations.
As for value, I felt I got great value for the cost - since I live far from the event site and had to do everything remotely, I welcomed as much service as possible, event if it comes at a cost.
