E&M was hired for wedding coordinating and decorations a few months before my wedding. They did a wonderful job! I (the bride) didn't have much to stress about, the owner was always following up with me gave suggestions on food, transportation,etc. She scheduled zoom meetings, in person, etc. She Followed up with all Vendors even my wedding location told me my coordinator was "on top of things". The day of my wedding I had no worries because of them, and my reception was more beautiful than I could imagine!!! We were extremely satisfied and grateful for E&M inclusive events

Hiring Nana of Nase Events was the most damaging decision I made in planning my wedding. Her complete lack of professionalism, preparation, and accountability turned what should have been a joyful event into a chaotic and deeply distressing experience.

On the day of the wedding, Nana fainted. While I recognize that health issues can arise, she failed in her basic duty of care by not disclosing that she was unwell and by failing to arrange any form of backup support. Instead of taking responsibility, she later falsely claimed that she had told me she was sick that weekend — which never happened. This dishonesty only compounds the negligence.

Specific failures included:
• Half the table floral arrangements were missing and only appeared halfway through dinner.
• She unilaterally installed an artificial arch in place of the greenery we had contractually agreed upon.
• After becoming incapable of performing her duties, she had no substitute or contingency plan, leaving vendors and guests completely confused.

The outcome was devastating. Instead of enjoying my wedding, I spent the evening in tears and suffered a panic attack. Several vendors later contacted me to express concern and confirm that they too had witnessed the complete lack of coordination.

Her conduct after the event has been equally unacceptable. After only a brief discussion about compensation, Nana stopped responding entirely. It has now been weeks with no return calls, no emails, and no effort on her part to take responsibility or provide restitution. In addition, she misrepresented post-event arrangements, assuring us that she would handle cleaning our Airbnb. Relying on that assurance, we canceled a hotel reservation — and she never followed through.

This is not a case of simple mistakes. It is a clear pattern of negligence, misrepresentation, and refusal to be accountable. I am documenting this both to warn future couples and to establish a record of Nana’s conduct. Weddings are once-in-a-lifetime events, and entrusting Nase Events with mine was a costly error that I will regret for years to come.

I strongly advise anyone considering Nase Events to look elsewhere. Nana’s incompetence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for her clients caused irreparable harm on one of the most important days of my life.
