My husband and I got married at Elkington in October 2022 and we can’t say enough amazing things about Elizabeth and Elkington. Elizabeth was amazing to work with and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She was easy to communicate with, was helpful with local vendors and questions regarding the shore and was incredibly accommodating for our visits to Elkington leading up to our wedding day. She even helped us quickly get a marriage license (whoops!) when we realized that was the one thing we forgot on the day of our rehearsal! Elkington is a stunning venue with the perfect backdrop for a shore wedding. We can’t say enough great things about our experience!

Elkington is the perfect venue for a wedding on the Eastern Shore. The property is massive with stunning water views and beautiful gardens. You can make the wedding your own with the large property. No two weddings are alike at Elkington. Not only did Elizabeth go above beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect, she was easy to communicate with and knows all the other vendors in the area.

Elkington is an absolute dream! The moment I stepped foot onto the property, I knew it had to be the place to have our wedding. The grounds are stunning by themselves but the venue is basically a beautiful blank canvas that my husband and I were able to add our on personal touches to. On the wedding day, Elkington looked like a magical garden. It is a great place to get all the wonders of the Eastern Shore: the bay, tall trees, farmland, southern charm and family history. Elizabeth and Will (and their family—including Maisey, their dog) were such a pleasure to work with. They were unbelievably kind and went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding needs! Personally, it is the BEST venue you on the shore. You are not buying a wedding package; you have the ability to create your own wedding dream and the Elkington Events team will help make it happen!!
