Elite Events helped us plan our dream wedding!
Elite Events made our dream wedding day come true!! Hannah, Cindy and their team gave us the smoothest wedding planning experience we could have ever imagined. They were there to guide us every step of the way and made the whole experience fun! Not only are they the best of the best, they are very well respected in the industry. They had access to all of the best vendors and had a relationship with each vendor they recommended. We were blown away with the list of vendors that Hannah provided to us and were so thankful for her guidance on choosing the ones that were best for us. Hannah took the time to learn our style and listen to our visions! She is so organized and kept us on track with a detailed timeline and wedding budget. We never imagined how fun planning a wedding could be until we started working with Hannah. We are forever grateful for Elite Events and would recommend them over and over again!!

Absolutely incredible!
Elite events went ABOVE AND BEYOND planning our wedding. They were professional yet relatable and flexible. We planned a wedding in 6 months and it turned out better than we ever could have dreamed. From planning to execution each step went without a hitch (that we were aware of!!) Elite events took the stress out of wedding planning and made it a fun enjoyable experience.

A fabulous experience with a fabulous planner!
We had a spectacular experience working with Elite Events for our "first night" wedding events, which included a Rehearsal Dinner for 50 followed by a Welcome Party for over 200 guests. Hannah and her team were true professionals -- creative, thorough, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Every detail was beautifully thought out and expertly coordinated. Hannah took our vision and seamlessly added thoughtful elements that improved and elaborated it, making the night truly special. From the delicious food, stunning florals, customized leather menus, colorful acrylic signage and fun extras including monogrammed throw pillows, a Bourbon bar and fabulous entertainment, both events were more than we had hoped for. Held on a rooftop overlooking Pike's Market in downtown Seattle, Hannah even arranged for the Great Wheel to customize it's lights to coordinate with our color schematic. It was fabulous! From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience working with Elite Events!

Miracle worker, and during a pandemic, too!
Hannah at Elite Events made our dream wedding come true! With a year-long delay and a sudden slam of seemingly everyone in Seattle getting married at once in second half of '21 due to the pandemic, Hannah and her team were able to navigate serious obstacles thrown their way while keeping us calm and updated. Her relationships with local vendors were strong and she knew some tradecraft tips, like "hire a better band for cheaper from Portland" and ties to the best flower vendors. She had fantastic attention to detail with plenty of patience for our particular asks.

The Best of the Best!
If you want the best of the best of the best, you have to hire Elite Events! This is the second wedding my family has used Elite Events for, and we could not recommend Hannah and her team enough. Not only is Hannah a lovely person, but working with her was so seamless and fun! Planning our wedding was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Not only is Hannah excellent, but so are her vendors and contacts she recommends to work with as well. Everyone we hired throughout the process was exceptional and truly helped make our day one for ages. My husband and I both had a great time throughout the entire experience and would recommend her time and time again. Our guests were blown away by this wedding, and it was all thanks to this fantastic team! To Hannah and your team, thank you so much to each of you for all you did to make our dream day come alive! It was better than we could have ever imagined and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Hannah and Cindy helped put on an amazing bridal shower for me this past summer. Since my wedding was postponed until next year, we held a small wedding shower with our closest family and friends in the Seattle area. Hannah and Cindy used all the Covid measures to keep me, my fiancé, and our small group safe. They used gloves when handling glassware, utensils, and plates, which I was grateful for. They are seriously an amazing team and I couldn’t have asked for a better event team. They went above and beyond. Cindy came up with the theme of our event and it was a hit! She thought it would be sentimental and cute if we had a “Something borrowed, something blue, something old” theme. Guests were notified to bring something that fit the theme and present it to us as gifts. A lot of laughs, tears, and sharing of embarrassing moments throughout the night. Thank you, Hannah and Cindy, for making my bridal shower amazing despite the global pandemic!
