We got married this past April, and from start to finish Elite Event Planning made the whole process so much easier. Chantel was a pleasure to work with, and we credit her with bringing everything together without a hitch. Our only regret is that we only hired her for the 2 months leading up to the wedding. I wish we had hired her for the entire planning process honestly! She really took a lot of work off our plate, and I honestly can’t thank her enough. The number of potential issues she caught early on and corrected before they could come up is too many to count. We had multiple guests tell us directly how smooth and well-planned the wedding was. I also felt ZERO stress on our wedding day and that is all thanks to Chantel and her team :) We loved them so much!! I highly recommend her & her team for anyone looking for someone to help plan or coordinate their wedding day.

Chantel and her team were amazing to work with. Being an out of state bride, I needed someone who I could heavily rely on to make my vision come to life and coordinate with all my vendors. She was very responsive, professional and brought such a calm demeanor to our wedding. Even with a groomsman having to drop out last minute and our wedding rehearsal having to be the same day, she was there with suggestions and ensured things went smoothly. We are so so grateful for Chantel and making our wedding the best day. We truly couldn't have done it without her.

My now husband and I were living in different states leading up to our wedding in November 2023. It worked out that Chantel was the prospective wedding planner we both got to speak to in an introductory call. We were very impressed by Chantel’s professionalism, expertise, availability and calm demeanor/composure.
We are happy to share that Chantel and her team maintained this throughout our wedding planning process, especially with the added stress of my husband and I being apart. Chantel is candid and sincere in her consulting, diligent, and her years of working in the wedding industry shows through her excellent event planning, vendor recommendations, and ability to keep you on track as a bride.
Elite Event Planning truly shines the weeks leading up to the wedding and on wedding day. My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding rehearsal and day and not stress about anything! Chantel and her team handled ALL of it impeccably, to our timeline, details, vendors and set up and take down. She even made sure to bring us our signature cocktail drinks and appetizers while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour during our B&G pictures!
The only thing I would have changed would be to set a time to go around and greet our guests. My husband and I should have planned this in our timeline sooner and reiterated to Elite Event Planning during our finalization calls. I advise future brides/couples and Elite Event Planning to keep this in mind and possibly put this in wedding timelines so it leaves more time to enjoy the celebration and dance since it does go by fast!! :)

Also, I hired San Antonio Floral Designs for our wedding, and it is a floral company co-owned by Chantel Aboytes Jasso and her mother Josie Aboytes. She knocked my vision out of the park with my floral arrangements (I wanted deep jewel-tone colors and dark evergreen greenery) and even more so with her creativity / eye for color. They were GORGEOUS and everything I dreamed of. Also if you have Elite Event Planning as your wedding coordinator, it can be economical hiring SA Floral Designs since Chantel will already be on site which covers the costs of set up and take down of florals. I highly recommend them and their reasonable price point. Thank you SO much Chantel & Josie!

Chantel is the reason my wedding went off without a hitch!! She took care of our vendors, details, everything. It was the best feeling knowing that she had everything handled and she executed everything beautifully. I would 10000000% recommend her to everyone!! She's AMAZING at her job and made the month up to the wedding, the wedding rehearsal, and my wedding itself so seamless. Every dollar spent on Elite Event Planning was SO WORTH IT! She's attentive, caring, detailed, and so kind. She managed and contained my very large and crazy wedding party (which is not the easiest with our friends) and she does whatever it takes to get the job done! Book Chantel and you won't regret it!! Let me tell you... Chantel is worth every penny plus more! I was initially nervous going in because we were a couple paying out of our own pocket for our entire wedding and we had gone back and forth about hiring a planner with us both having demanding jobs and little time. When we contacted Chantel she made it easy for us to decide we absolutely needed a coordinator and we needed HER as our coordinator. She was very down to earth, needed little direction to execute, and always available (even on vacation)! During the wedding planning process she gave us the best options within our budget, and when things didn't go smoothly with a vendor she had our back 100%. We also loved that she had sister companies and contacts to work with, which made or vendor shopping 1000% easier. We were able to get our florals and bar completely taken care of at a great price which meant I was able to have exactly what I wanted. I also can't say enough about our flowers. I gave Chantel only a few pictures of inspiration and the only direction I gave her was I would like something colorful for our Mexican themed wedding, and man did she deliver. When we walked into the Witte that night I was floored. She had set up my vision exactly, again without much back and forth and with little information. She did so much leading up to and on the day of, I have no idea if I would have loved my wedding as much if I had hired someone else. She was able to handle last minute changes to the timeline and run of show smoothly and was running around behind the scenes making sure everyone was ok and having a great time. She even fashioned a makeshift throw away bouquet because I had forgotten to bring one and didn't miss a beat. I have to say the thing I am most thankful for is the BTS content she caught of our wedding. Myself and my family look at this almost daily. After the event everyone raved about the space and the planning and most of all what great a planner I had because they could physically see her giving 1000% during the event. I failed to mention that we had a ton of moving parts to our Mexican/Jewish ceremony in a different location that she had to accommodate . Overall all I have to say is, if you are on fence about hiring Chantel and her team of experts to handle your planning and wedding, do not hesitate. She is kind, accommodating, and resourceful and I promise you, you'll be thanking yourself for years to come.

They made the whole planning process easy by making a detailed schedule and finding unique solutions to all our problems.
