We got married this past April, and from start to finish Elite Event Planning made the whole process so much easier. Chantel was a pleasure to work with, and we credit her with bringing everything together without a hitch. Our only regret is that we only hired her for the 2 months leading up to the wedding. I wish we had hired her for the entire planning process honestly! She really took a lot of work off our plate, and I honestly can’t thank her enough. The number of potential issues she caught early on and corrected before they could come up is too many to count. We had multiple guests tell us directly how smooth and well-planned the wedding was. I also felt ZERO stress on our wedding day and that is all thanks to Chantel and her team :) We loved them so much!! The best wedding coordinator!
Chantel and her team were amazing to work with. Being an out of state bride, I needed someone who I could heavily rely on to make my vision come to life and coordinate with all my vendors. She was very responsive, professional and brought such a calm demeanor to our wedding. Even with a groomsman having to drop out last minute and our wedding rehearsal having to be the same day, she was there with suggestions and ensured things went smoothly. We are so so grateful for Chantel and making our wedding the best day. We truly couldn't have done it without her.

My now husband and I were living in different states leading up to our wedding in November 2023. It worked out that Chantel was the prospective wedding planner we both got to speak to in an introductory call. We were very impressed by Chantel’s professionalism, expertise, availability and calm demeanor/composure.
We are happy to share that Chantel and her team maintained this throughout our wedding planning process, especially with the added stress of my husband and I being apart. Chantel is candid and sincere in her consulting, diligent, and her years of working in the wedding industry shows through her excellent event planning, vendor recommendations, and ability to keep you on track as a bride.
Elite Event Planning truly shines the weeks leading up to the wedding and on wedding day. My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding rehearsal and day and not stress about anything! Chantel and her team handled ALL of it impeccably, to our timeline, details, vendors and set up and take down. She even made sure to bring us our signature cocktail drinks and appetizers while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour during our B&G pictures!
The only thing I would have changed would be to set a time to go around and greet our guests. My husband and I should have planned this in our timeline sooner and reiterated to Elite Event Planning during our finalization calls. I advise future brides/couples and Elite Event Planning to keep this in mind and possibly put this in wedding timelines so it leaves more time to enjoy the celebration and dance since it does go by fast!! :)

Also, I hired San Antonio Floral Designs for our wedding, and it is a floral company co-owned by Chantel Aboytes Jasso and her mother Josie Aboytes. She knocked my vision out of the park with my floral arrangements (I wanted deep jewel-tone colors and dark evergreen greenery) and even more so with her creativity / eye for color. They were GORGEOUS and everything I dreamed of. Also if you have Elite Event Planning as your wedding coordinator, it can be economical hiring SA Floral Designs since Chantel will already be on site which covers the costs of set up and take down of florals. I highly recommend them and their reasonable price point. Thank you SO much Chantel & Josie!

The Best Coordinator You Could Ask For
Let me tell you... Chantel is worth every penny plus more! I was initially nervous going in because we were a couple paying out of our own pocket for our entire wedding and we had gone back and forth about hiring a planner with us both having demanding jobs and little time. When we contacted Chantel she made it easy for us to decide we absolutely needed a coordinator and we needed HER as our coordinator. She was very down to earth, needed little direction to execute, and always available (even on vacation)! During the wedding planning process she gave us the best options within our budget, and when things didn't go smoothly with a vendor she had our back 100%. We also loved that she had sister companies and contacts to work with, which made or vendor shopping 1000% easier. We were able to get our florals and bar completely taken care of at a great price which meant I was able to have exactly what I wanted. I also can't say enough about our flowers. I gave Chantel only a few pictures of inspiration and the only direction I gave her was I would like something colorful for our Mexican themed wedding, and man did she deliver. When we walked into the Witte that night I was floored. She had set up my vision exactly, again without much back and forth and with little information. She did so much leading up to and on the day of, I have no idea if I would have loved my wedding as much if I had hired someone else. She was able to handle last minute changes to the timeline and run of show smoothly and was running around behind the scenes making sure everyone was ok and having a great time. She even fashioned a makeshift throw away bouquet because I had forgotten to bring one and didn't miss a beat. I have to say the thing I am most thankful for is the BTS content she caught of our wedding. Myself and my family look at this almost daily. After the event everyone raved about the space and the planning and most of all what great a planner I had because they could physically see her giving 1000% during the event. I failed to mention that we had a ton of moving parts to our Mexican/Jewish ceremony in a different location that she had to accommodate . Overall all I have to say is, if you are on fence about hiring Chantel and her team of experts to handle your planning and wedding, do not hesitate. She is kind, accommodating, and resourceful and I promise you, you'll be thanking yourself for years to come.

Chantel and her crew are awesome and make your visions come true. They help set up and organize everything so on wedding day you, your parents and bridal party do not have to worry about anything. They treat you like royalty!! It was hot and once the ceremony was finished Chantel was right there with a fan, water and some food! I’ve been searching for enough words to describe how incredible Chantel is with Elite Event Planning! I hired her for day of coordination and from the moment we hired her she was always on the ball, very thorough, calm, and is truly an expert in the industry!! Would have been lost without Chantel!
Our venue required a day-of coordinator and I was going to get that only (thinking I would plan everything perfectly by myself). However, after talking to a few different preferred coordinators of the venue, it took ONE call with Chantel for me to decide that she was our person and we needed her largest package! I honestly have no idea how the wedding would have gone had we not had Chantel by our side. Not only is she one of the sweetest human beings on the planet, but she is also so detailed, organized, and truly there to support your vision from day one. She was able to execute exactly what I wanted in my wedding without me even knowing what "perfect" would be. I can't even begin to describe how amazing Chantel is! When we first had our call with her I knew right off the bat that I wanted to hire her. She was very straight forward, knew the answer to every question we had, and offered packages that fit within our budget. Quick and sharp witted, I knew this girl knew what she was doing.
During my planning journey she was very approachable, kind, and there to answer any questions or provide recommendations along the way. Another thing I also loved about her was how quick and timely she responded to my texts and emails. That in itself is a relief just to have someone so dependable to work with.
When it came to wedding day, whew, this girl was ONNNN IT! She knew exactly how things work, where they go, where to direct guests, vendors, and how to handle all the hustle and bustle that goes on behind the scenes. First Chantel is absolutely AMAZING! She is literally the best wedding coordinator ever. She created my entire timeline and knew exactly what was best for our wedding. She answered any questions that I had leading up to the wedding and was always available! She pays so close to details that I would have never thought about it if it wasn’t for her. Three days before my wedding our original DJ cancelled. I was absolutely freaking out and right away she recommended an DJ that ended up booking with them last minute. Chantel took care of the rest! The day of our wedding went by so smoothly and she took care of absolutely everything! I was able to enjoy the entire day without having to worry about a single thing!

I initially met with Chantel to discuss floral options for our wedding. Immediately I knew she was very knowledgeable about her work. Chantel is the BEST! We hired her initially for floral services through San Antonio Floral Designs and then added on coordination with her through Elite. From our first consultation, she was extremely organized, knowledgeable about her craft, and creative, and throughout the planning process, she was consistently the perfect balance of friendly & personable and professional and meticulous. She worked with us to meet our budget for both floral & coordination, and when little bumps came up in our planning, she was more than willing and able to help come up with creative solutions that didn't cost us anything extra. On the day-of, she and her team had minimal time to set up all the floral and our personal decor, but they pulled it off flawlessly and I kept getting comments from my wedding party about her, saying how great she was. Chantel did an excellent job of planning and running our wedding. She offered her professional opinion and expertise while also listening to all of our thoughts and concerns. We were getting married in San Antonio but live in Alabama and she made the process so much more relaxed and less stressful. She was highly responsive and also knows everyone and thing in the area.

Best wedding planner ever!
From our first meeting with Chantel, we hit it off right away with her. She made us feel comfortable and allowed us to be ourselves. As our wedding journey continued she was with us every step of the way. When the pandemic hit, she never left our side. She assured us she would help postpone our wedding, and was able to get with all our vendors at a timely manner. She stayed on top of e-mails, text messages, and all zoom meetings. As our wedding approached she checked on us if we had any changes or needed any help with reaching out to vendors. She was always able to provide the best advice, and suggestions that made our wedding day that much better! She was always available and handled all hurdles we may have come across. We never had to second guess because we knew she would take care of it. Finally our wedding day arrived and she exceeded our expectations! Our day was perfect all thanks to her experience, professionalism, and perseverance. She is the best wedding planner ever! We gained a life time friend!

Chantel is Awesome!
Chantel is truly amazing. She helped us through the process of postponing our wedding twice due to the pandemic. She made sure all our contracts were up to date and that the vendors were all on the same page. Day of, she made sure everything got where it needed to be and that things happened when they were supposed to- all while making everything look even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Chantel definitely keep things flowing smoothly, dealt with any issues that arose, and most importantly kept us from getting stressed out. We cannot say enough good things about Chantel and Elite Event Planning. You will not regret using her services!

Elite Event Planning went above and beyond our expectations
Chantel was on top of every aspect of our wedding and worked with us to coordinate our vendors, gave us suggestions along the way, kept us on schedule, and was always transparent and upfront with expenses. Chantel and her team worked with us through the huge Covid pandemic and 2 reception reschedulings, and really made our wedding reception one to remember forever. We could not have pulled off our third and final attempt at a reception without Chantel, are absolutely thrilled to have worked with her, and highly recommend Elite Event Planning.

Josie and Chantel are a must have for your wedding! They both took so much pressure and responsibility from our shoulders on the day of and at the rehearsal. Their wealth of experience and professionalism shine, whether they are directing the party where to go and when or answering questions for guests and wedding vendors. They’re effective communication skills and organization helped our big day go off smoothly. Best Coordinator
I met Chantel at a bridal show and the same day I had put a deposit down on another coordinator prior to meeting her. After meeting with the other coordinator after the show I decided to lose my deposit I had put with her and go with Chantel. It was the best decision I made! Chantel was there for me for any questions I had throughout the planning process. She was my angel sent from above when Covid hit and my venue cancelled on me. Chantel found another perfect venue for us to go see within two days that had my date available! She went above and beyond on our wedding day and I am forever grateful. If you are considering getting a wedding coordinator, Chantel is your girl! Thank you Chantel!

Chantel is amazing!
I met Chantel at a venue open house. I was on the fence about getting a wedding coordinator but I'm so glad I did. Chantel was in constant communication with me and answered all of my questions before the wedding. It was a blessing having her there with me at my final meetings with my vendors, she has been in the wedding business with her family for a while so they all had worked with her which made me feel so much more relaxed. She even helped us figure out my complicated bustle on my dress. I heard after the fact that the carriage for our exit was giving her a hard time about our pick up location (this in itself is why everyone at least needs a day of coordinator something always goes wrong) but Chantel fixed it and I didn't even know about it! My only regret is that I didn't hire her for the entire planning process, it probably would've saved me a lot of headaches. Chantel is amazing and I can't thank her enough for everything she did!

Best wedding planner
From the first time we met, Chantel was very friendly and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and expected for our wedding. A big plus for us was that she speaks Spanish which helped to keep my mom involved in the process.
Our whole wedding was planned through the pandemic and I don't know what I would've done without Chantel! She was AMAZING! Everything we needed she was super quick to get vendors, to get us quotes and to work with us through changes and ideas. Due to the pandemic and the unknown of everything, I was under a lot of stress but Chantel was always there to talk things through with me and was always responsive, and reliable. The day of the wedding she was on top of everything. She helped us set up the venue and did a great job. Our wedding was perfect and it was all a reflection of the incredible job Chantel did.

Amazing wedding
Chantel and her whole team was absolutely amazing! Amazing to the point that I am writing this review 10 months the after my wedding. I was reminiscing how beautiful Chantel’s team decorated my venue with their beautiful flower arrangements. The flowers I picked out were simple but with her expertise and vision they looked exquisite and elegant. My bridal bouquet was beautiful. She had the vendors organized and set up my whole wedding. My husband and myself had the whole day to ourselves. We did not worry about a single thing that day other than getting ready. When we walked into our venue it took our breath away.
She kept us organized throughout the evening with our events and made sure we had an unforgettable and fun wedding.
Thank you Chantel! Almost a year later and I am still in awe of my wedding day and how all the planning came together because of you.

Chantel was a God sent because I had no idea where to start and my mother had been physically ill for some time. My maid of honor was never available and I felt like everyone never made time for what was supposed to be some pretty important decisions. Thankfully Chantel was there through it all and made me feel like I was important. The days leading up to our wedding my husband and I had added last minute things to our ceremony and not once did Chantel tell us they couldn’t do it. The day of our wedding, Chantel and her team made sure everything was perfect and ready to go. We can’t thank her and the team enough for making our day so special! If you need a wedding planner who is attentive and knows what they’re doing, Elite Event Planning is the way to go!!

Chantel was amazing to work with!! She's so calm and confident among all the pre-wedding turmoil! I tend to overthink things and Chantel was always patient, but straightforward when helping me plan which was a huge help. She's reliable and responded to questions quickly no matter how big or small the matter. The day of the wedding, I didn't worry about a thing and everything ran so smoothly. Not only did my husband and I truly enjoy ourselves, but guests commented afterward at how beautiful everything was and how the flow of everything was so smooth! Definitely due to the way Chantel planned, organized and set up everything. She was very prepared (literally made a garter for me on the spot since I forgot mine), professional and all around just wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!!! Thanks so much Chantel!!

Perfect, calming and fair price
I was lucky to have both Josie and Chantel. When I met them, I had a majority of vendors picked for the wedding and I was already at a point where I was exhausted and overwhelmed with how much I had to do. During the consultation they offered different service packages and were calm and supportive, not at all pushy in any way. I chose them for their value in package and their hospitality. They've been in this industry with experience, and it showed it their professionalism. They had a number of vendors and information I didn't even think of and it helped narrow down a selection I wanted to work with. It was also convenient that they're a family team that also had floral services and bartending services that my fiance (at the time) and I chose. I chose their 1 month package and received their assistance 2 months prior to the wedding which was such a calming experience. I also had to deal with incorporating a big part of my parents traditions. I nearly had an anxiety attack with their continued last minute changes- Jose and Chantel went out of their way to come directly to my parents house to sit us all down and come to an agreement. The day of, they were on top of everything and took all my worries away. Granted there were last minute changes and problems that arose that we didn't really expect but had no control over. I was in my bridal suite with updates throughout the event and I felt so calm because of their support. Everyone, the bridal party family and guests all could agree the event went smoothly and we were all happy through out the day. I highly recommend Elite Event Planning!

Chantel was AMAZING! I recently became a first time mom 3 months before my wedding and was seriously freaking out about last minute details. Once we booked with Chantel she took care of everything and took so much stress off of me. She contacted vendors, suggested details I forgot about, helped create our time line, set up the reception hall the day of, and most importantly kept our wedding on time! We had Chantel and she was a dream come true!!! She is really the best at what she does and a natural. There are no words to express how satisfied I am was the work Chantel and her team did to make our special day perfect! Everyone was so sweet, patient, understanding and accommodating to our budget. They are creative and pay very close attention to detail and are real with you (if you need a certain items or not I.E. menu cards, ceremony cards ect) Not only does Elite Event planning provide coordination for your event but floral, linen, rentals of lighting ect. From the moment I met Chantel and her mom, I felt as if I knew them for years. They are both so nice and quick to respond to emails and text messages. They give you honest opinions and recommendations if they are unable to provide a service you need (I.E. catering). So professional and would hire them again!

They were professional, flexible, and just overall kind in every way. I can't give them enough credit. I felt terrible because one of my groomsmen was running about 15 minutes late and that's all we were waiting on for the ceremony to start, but they reassured me (the groom) that everything was okay and that it was fine. Chantel was beyond awesome! She was so helpful & sweet & brought everything together for my wedding. When I walked out from my bridal suite and saw the complete setup, I couldn't believe my eyes. She was there when I needed her & was willing to go above & beyond! She was quick to respond to any/all my emails, texts, & calls & even drove out to Boerne for a 5 minute meeting w/ us & our caterer.
So if you're questioning whether or not to get a coordinator/planner my advice to you is DO IT! And, book Chantel! Trust me, from one Bride to another, you won't regret it!

If you can dream it, Elite Event Planning can do it! They completely took care of everything, and it all turned out so perfectly, exactly how I imagined it. I had an absolutely stress free wedding day thanks to Elite Event Planning! They were so great to work with!!

No attention to detail..
Althought my wedding was months ago, I still wanted to make sure to leave a review. I used this vendor because a friend referred them. I see a few other reviews on here with great experiences so I'm not sure what happened when it came to my wedding. My experience was different. I feel I paid far too much for someone to just show up, decorate, and remove decorations. It felt like that's all I got. Before the wedding I was in communication with Chantel about my wedding details. I went as far as setting tables up in my house exactly how I wanted them and sending her pictures. So on the day of my wedding when I'm getting asked where things go, I was annoyed. When I saw the way things were placed it irritated me because even though it's a small detail and not the end of the world, if I'm paying for this service and I feel I only got help with the setup and break down, then I feel it should have been done perfectly. Im not talking about the wind factor, thats something that obviously can't be controlled. I'm talking about placement of things that CAN be controlled that were not as I asked. I don't know why we went over a timeline if she never followed it. My sister and I kept an eye on the clock to keep things moving along. At one point, we couldn't find Chantel at all and only her colleague was there which I had never spoken to before this day. She seemed to not know what was going on. They used my toss bouquet as decoration for the cake table, and when it came time for me to toss it, it was gone and they couldn't tell me where it was. Why would that be placed where a child or anyone can just grab it? I had to use a centerpiece bouquet to toss. Chantel forgot to give the florist her tip as well which was very inconvenient. At the end of the night they packed everything up and we put it away. She left without asking for a review or anything..I figured she knew I wasn't happy. The next day I went through a few things and was looking for my bouquet. In the rush of things I hadn't even thought about it. It was nowhere to be found. I sent Chantel a message asking where it was. She said when they cleaned up it wasn't there. She said she'd reach out to the venue staff to ask, but she never followed up with me to let me know that they didnt find it. Anytime something went wrong and I brought it up to her, I never received an apology. She would respond with an excuse or blamed the venue staff. I told her I wanted to do a first look before the ceremony, and quite honestly with all of my anxiety, I didnt even remember about it. My sister remembered and brought it up to Chantel. Her excuse for this one was that my husband wasn't ready. Both my sister, and the groomsmen all said he definitely was ready and just waiting. She didn't seem to take accountability when something went wrong. I was heartbroken about my bouquet and I'm glad my sister was there to pay attention to all the details. I hope no one else has this experience. I was not satisfied with this service for the price that I paid.
