Chantel and her team at Elite Event Planning have the art of wedding planning mastered!
My now husband and I were living in different states leading up to our wedding in November 2023. It worked out that Chantel was the prospective wedding planner we both got to speak to in an introductory call. We were very impressed by Chantel’s professionalism, expertise, availability and calm demeanor/composure.
We are happy to share that Chantel and her team maintained this throughout our wedding planning process, especially with the added stress of my husband and I being apart. Chantel is candid and sincere in her consulting, diligent, and her years of working in the wedding industry shows through her excellent event planning, vendor recommendations, and ability to keep you on track as a bride.
Elite Event Planning truly shines the weeks leading up to the wedding and on wedding day. My husband and I got to enjoy our wedding rehearsal and day and not stress about anything! Chantel and her team handled ALL of it impeccably, to our timeline, details, vendors and set up and take down. She even made sure to bring us our signature cocktail drinks and appetizers while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour during our B&G pictures!
The only thing I would have changed would be to set a time to go around and greet our guests. My husband and I should have planned this in our timeline sooner and reiterated to Elite Event Planning during our finalization calls. I advise future brides/couples and Elite Event Planning to keep this in mind and possibly put this in wedding timelines so it leaves more time to enjoy the celebration and dance since it does go by fast!! :)
We enjoyed our day and couldn’t have done it without Elite Event Planning.
We highly recommend hiring Elite Event Planning for anyone’s wedding or event! They are the best of the best. Thank you so much for making our wedding day the best day ever and everything we dreamed of! We are so grateful!!
Also, I hired San Antonio Floral Designs for our wedding, and it is a floral company co-owned by Chantel Aboytes Jasso and her mother Josie Aboytes. She knocked my vision out of the park with my floral arrangements (I wanted deep jewel-tone colors and dark evergreen greenery) and even more so with her creativity / eye for color. They were GORGEOUS and everything I dreamed of. Also if you have Elite Event Planning as your wedding coordinator, it can be economical hiring SA Floral Designs since Chantel will already be on site which covers the costs of set up and take down of florals. We loved having Chantel as our wedding planner! She was organized and on top of things from the moment we started working with her. She responded to every email and text within a day, had great ideas, and prepared each of our vendors for our big day. We knew we were in great hands by the time our wedding arrived, and felt a huge sense of ease knowing Chantel could address any snafu that arose and she certainly delivered. Would hire her again in a heartbeat! -

Let me tell you... Chantel is worth every penny plus more! I was initially nervous going in because we were a couple paying out of our own pocket for our entire wedding and we had gone back and forth about hiring a planner with us both having demanding jobs and little time. When we contacted Chantel she made it easy for us to decide we absolutely needed a coordinator and we needed HER as our coordinator. She was very down to earth, needed little direction to execute, and always available (even on vacation)! During the wedding planning process she gave us the best options within our budget, and when things didn't go smoothly with a vendor she had our back 100%. We also loved that she had sister companies and contacts to work with, which made or vendor shopping 1000% easier. We were able to get our florals and bar completely taken care of at a great price which meant I was able to have exactly what I wanted. I also can't say enough about our flowers. I gave Chantel only a few pictures of inspiration and the only direction I gave her was I would like something colorful for our Mexican themed wedding, and man did she deliver. When we walked into the Witte that night I was floored. She had set up my vision exactly, again without much back and forth and with little information. She did so much leading up to and on the day of, I have no idea if I would have loved my wedding as much if I had hired someone else. She was able to handle last minute changes to the timeline and run of show smoothly and was running around behind the scenes making sure everyone was ok and having a great time. She even fashioned a makeshift throw away bouquet because I had forgotten to bring one and didn't miss a beat. I have to say the thing I am most thankful for is the BTS content she caught of our wedding. Myself and my family look at this almost daily. After the event everyone raved about the space and the planning and most of all what great a planner I had because they could physically see her giving 1000% during the event. I failed to mention that we had a ton of moving parts to our Mexican/Jewish ceremony in a different location that she had to accommodate . Overall all I have to say is, if you are on fence about hiring Chantel and her team of experts to handle your planning and wedding, do not hesitate. She is kind, accommodating, and resourceful and I promise you, you'll be thanking yourself for years to come. -

Chantel and her staff went above and beyond to make our day special. My finance and I had a few months to find a planner and the whole team was more than willing to help. They made the whole planning process easy by making a detailed schedule and finding unique solutions to all our problems. It made our special day run extremely smooth, their support was great and we would recommend to anyone looking for wedding planners/coordinators. -

First off I am sure that I speak for many when I say that Elite Event Planning really works wonders. Thank you for all your efforts in making our wedding such a memorable day. My husband and I had the pleasure of having Chantel as our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly easy to work with, and made the process very smooth. When comes to Chantel, I have to say the best and most visual on point wedding coordinator I have experienced . The communication was very spot on and have to say not a time I didn't feel I was lost in the clouds. Chantel is absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Her dedication, attention to detail, years of experience and know how to get things done was perfect for what we were looking for or I was. As a hands-on bride who knew exactly what she was looking for I knew I could trust Chantel. Thank you once more for the best experience of my life. -

Chantel was absolutely amazing & WAS ON IT!
She helped our vision come to life so perfectly and did it with grace. She was available to answer all questions always and quickly. She was always communicating with our other vendors, which also helped and was easier for me as the bride. During our wedding planning process, She gave her recommendations and let us know what things might go smoother based on her experience which was also so helpful!! As a bride I was nervous and not sure how everything might looked all together, but Chantel and her team made my dream wedding come to life. I had no stress or worries wedding day from start to finish thanks to Chantel.
I don’t think our wedding day would have went so smoothly with out her! I will always recommend her for anyone getting married, you will not regret it!! -

I can't even begin to describe how amazing Chantel is! When we first had our call with her I knew right off the bat that I wanted to hire her. She was very straight forward, knew the answer to every question we had, and offered packages that fit within our budget. Quick and sharp witted, I knew this girl knew what she was doing.
During my planning journey she was very approachable, kind, and there to answer any questions or provide recommendations along the way. Another thing I also loved about her was how quick and timely she responded to my texts and emails. That in itself is a relief just to have someone so dependable to work with.
When it came to wedding day, whew, this girl was ONNNN IT! She knew exactly how things work, where they go, where to direct guests, vendors, and how to handle all the hustle and bustle that goes on behind the scenes. I even had some of my guests take notice of her and mention to me how Chantel was very on top of things!
My recco to all brides, go with Chantel/Elite Event Planning. You definitely won't regret a thing! She's absolute top tier perfection! -

I’ve been searching for enough words to describe how incredible Chantel is with Elite Event Planning! I hired her for day of coordination and from the moment we hired her she was always on the ball, very thorough, calm, and is truly an expert in the industry!! I’m detail-oriented, anxious, and type-a and she handled my (many) questions with grace and was always so quick to respond with great organization and communication skills! She fit our many unique wishes for our reception into the smoothest timeline and when we had to make changes close to the wedding she was so calm and made the changes and communicated it to our vendors with ease! She handled all vendor and delivery communications (on top of everything else) so I could truly focus on being a bride for the day. She fulfilled my dream wedding vision for our ceremony and reception. I trusted her expertise and she fulfilled it more than I could imagine! I had many unique features and aspects of my wedding and she handled them all SO well! She was truly there for EVERYTHING during the day! From helping decorate our cake, decorating, coordinating, she even bustled my dress, grabbed us cocktails, curled my hair while I reapplied lipstick, and was a source of calm amidst all the excitement of the day! She made me feel like a bride and managed our wedding head on to make it go so well! She even grabbed my phone and took incredible clips for my wedding tiktok! She is the absolute master of her craft and took on every role she needed to give us the perfect day. Our day went by so smooth, we had the most amazing time and Chantel is one of the biggest reasons for making our dream wedding a reality! You seriously can’t do any better than Chantel and her amazing team! Chantel, I can’t thank you enough!! You’re the absolute BEST! -

When I first started my wedding planning, I did not think I needed a coordinator or any outside help planning (to me it sounded like an extra cost) but I am sooooo soooo glad we hired Chantel!! She created a timeline for me to follow as I was planning from out of state and we had several phone meetings to make the process more at ease for my husband and I. Her follow up process is amazing, so you ensure you did not miss anything important and she has excellent referrals and reviews from vendors! Day of the wedding, went very smooth and seamless. She ensured everyone was enjoying the day and relaxing while she handled the details! She is also very easy to talk to so literally anything you need help with throughout your wedding planning, she is there for you 100%! -

Excellent wedding coordinator/florist
I initially met with Chantel to discuss floral options for our wedding. Immediately I knew she was very knowledgeable about her work. Being a first time bride and being overwhelmed with everything Chantel informed me about her wedding planning services. I am so happy I chose Chantel to be my wedding coordinator and florist. She definitely made everything run so smooth. She was so easy going, always available when I had questions and made sure to keep us in the loop with any vendor issues. Plus she was excellent at keeping us on our timeline the day of our wedding. We received several compliments from our guest about our floral arrangements and decor Chantel provided. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding coordinator/florist for your big day Chantel is your girl. She is professional, knowledgeable and well known in her field of work. -

Chantel is the BEST! We hired her initially for floral services through San Antonio Floral Designs and then added on coordination with her through Elite. From our first consultation, she was extremely organized, knowledgeable about her craft, and creative, and throughout the planning process, she was consistently the perfect balance of friendly & personable and professional and meticulous. She worked with us to meet our budget for both floral & coordination, and when little bumps came up in our planning, she was more than willing and able to help come up with creative solutions that didn't cost us anything extra. On the day-of, she and her team had minimal time to set up all the floral and our personal decor, but they pulled it off flawlessly and I kept getting comments from my wedding party about her, saying how great she was. I've actually worked as a wedding planner and been in the industry for nearly 10 years, and I would absolutely say that Chantel is one of the BEST out there. I would recommend her 11/10! She truly cares about her couples and that passion shines through in all the work she does. -

From our first meeting with Chantel, we hit it off right away with her. She made us feel comfortable and allowed us to be ourselves. As our wedding journey continued she was with us every step of the way. When the pandemic hit, she never left our side. She assured us she would help postpone our wedding, and was able to get with all our vendors at a timely manner. She stayed on top of e-mails, text messages, and all zoom meetings. As our wedding approached she checked on us if we had any changes or needed any help with reaching out to vendors. She was always able to provide the best advice, and suggestions that made our wedding day that much better! She was always available and handled all hurdles we may have come across. We never had to second guess because we knew she would take care of it. Finally our wedding day arrived and she exceeded our expectations! From the first time we met, Chantel was very friendly and took the time to listen to what I was looking for and expected for our wedding. A big plus for us was that she speaks Spanish which helped to keep my mom involved in the process.
Our whole wedding was planned through the pandemic and I don't know what I would've done without Chantel! She was AMAZING! Everything we needed she was super quick to get vendors, to get us quotes and to work with us through changes and ideas. Due to the pandemic and the unknown of everything, I was under a lot of stress but Chantel was always there to talk things through with me and was always responsive, and reliable. The day of the wedding she was on top of everything. She helped us set up the venue and did a great job. Our wedding was perfect and it was all a reflection of the incredible job Chantel did. -
