I started the catering business in 1999 when my husband and I got married and had a difficult time finding a caterer that could provide good food and an elegant presentation. Our families had been in the restaurant business for years and we knew what we were looking for...but with each caterer we met, we grew tired of being talked out of what we wanted and presented with a stale package. I knew I wanted to provide a custom approach to catering..hence Elite Catering.
