Flavor Catering and Bar Service

I found Flavor Catering just by accident. We had less than 4 weeks to plan my daughters wedding, we were on a limited budget and we wanted quality food. Flavor Catering checked all the boxes for us. They were wonderful to work with, the food was delish and within our budget. Dominic and his staff were responsive and accommodating. I wanted my Italian meatballs served and I brought them to him and he included the preparation and serving with all the items we ordered from him. I highly recommend Flavor Catering.

We were looking for a caterer for my niece’s wedding very last minute. Dominic came in and was able to give us a quick turnover time with proposals and tasting. He and his staff were super accommodating and wonderful to work with throughout the process! The food was great and the price point is very reasonable.

The food was amazing, they stayed to help clean up. We're still getting compliments on the food. The staff was professional and asked several times whether we needed anything/what could they do to make our day go more smoothly.

We used Flavor Catering and Bar Service for my daughter‘s wedding on 9/11/2021. We utilized their bar services (bar tender), as well as they catered the dinner and we did the desserts through them.
They did an excellent job! I was very impressed with the staff, the communication and their willingness to cater to certain guests needing special meals (vegetarian, gluten and dairy free). The price was extremely reasonable as well.
I would highly recommend them for your special event!

All the food was excellent and Dominic was so great to work with. He really takes the time to find out what fits your style and buget. We are still getting compliments on how great the food was and how friendly his staff was.

I can’t recommend Flavor Catering enough! Chef Dominick is so great and not only helped us create an amazing menu for our cocktail hour and reception, but also specially made vegetarian and vegan meals for any dietary restrictions as well. They dropped off all of our plates, cups, etc. the night before so we could set everything up the morning of and have it ready for photos! He even volunteered to stop and grab a vegan dessert option for one of my bridesmaids and we didn’t even order our dessert through them. This is a great business to support!

We were really anxious about deciding on a caterer and had made about 8 different appointments. Flavor Catering was our first stop for our tasting. After meeting with Maryanna and having the most amazing food and experience with our tasting, we canceled all of our other appointments. Everything was delicious and Maryanna was a dream to work with! We even had them cater our rehearsal dinner. They worked with our budget and helped us come up with the perfect menu based on our ideas. Maryanna even came and found me during the wedding while we were taking pictures to make sure I got to have some of the cocktail appetizers!!! Also, you can't go wrong with the dessert shooters or white and dark chocolate bread pudding.

My daughter's a Vegan, and she married a Vegan. When she did, she told me she wanted a meat-free reception. I was reluctant, because there were far more carnivores than herbivores on the invite list, but she put me in touch with Chef Dominick. My wife and I met the chef with our daughter and her fiance. He suggested a local coffee shop, and when we arrived, he was extremely pleasant, but most importantly, he convinced us he could pull this off. I reluctantly agreed, and the following day, he forwarded the menu and a contract to me. It was reasonable, and looking at the menu, I started to see the light. As the day grew nearer, Dominick reached out to verify the final headcount, and on the day of the celebration, his crew arrived in plenty of time to serve the most wonderful vegetable meal ever conceived - at least in my humble opinion!

From the appetizers to the main course, everything was packed with flavors, and with a couple of the items, several guests thought they were actually eating meat! Everything was fresh, crisp, and prepared EXACTLY the way she had asked it to be.

I knew I had made the right choice, as all evening over 170 guests told me how wonderful the meal was, and how impressed they were at the catering. I told them all the same thing: Chef Dominick Harney at Flavor Catering and Bar Service!

We booked 8 meals for 45 people with Chef Domick, and it was absolutely delightful. On the first evening the portions where a bit too small, but after mentioning it, he stuffed us up afterwards. Every single dish was delicious! (and we had meat, veggie and vegan options!... for we are talking about 25 different meals here)
I would definitely, DEFINITLY hire him again! It was a great pleasure!
