Exactly what we wanted and needed and then some. The food and service we had was amazing and we were so thankful to find her for our special day. We would reccomend her to anyone and will definately be using her in the future. If you are in need of a caterer in the Springfield, MA area Elegant Affairs is the company to work with.

Springfield Massachusetts only licensed vendor for alcoholic beverages. We were very disappointed in this vendor because not only did they annoy us with trying to match our original vendors quotes but the owner Peg was very unprofessional. Half way through our planning we were told that the only people that could run our bar was Elegant Affairs. The city of Springfield sold the license to the highest bidder and unfortunally they got it. Not only did they not honor our original quote after they convinced us to pay drink for drink they put up a tip jar when we had to pay a 15% tax and service charge. Also when first meeting with Peg for our first interview to see who we wanted for our vendor, she didn't inform us that she had a dog and what if we were allergic.
