We would highly recommend Urvashi and the entire Radz Events team for all event planning. We spent nearly 2 years planning with Urvashi and she was extremely patient, diligent, helpful and just an overall pleasure to work with as she recommended vendors and ideas that would fit our vision, while also being a sounding board for our own ideas based on what we felt our guests would enjoy. There were numerous times when it would be just the bride and groom on a call with her to go over the exact timeline(s) for each event so that no detail would be missed.

There is a reason she has an event almost every weekend but no matter where in the world she is, it felt like she was still always willing to answer a phone call or question, regardless of time difference.

Day of coordination must be her specialty. During each event, nothing was out of sync. Guests raved about her communications as they knew exactly where to be, when to be there etc...and if there were any questions, she was willing to answer them personally via phone, or have it known who she is so guests could go to her or her team.

She also made sure she had the right dedicated team for the Bride and Groom to handle their needs for everything, from making sure they were eating to even helping dress the wedding party if needed. Her team was so friendly and willing to go out of their way for the Bride/Groom as well as their families.

Urvashi feels like she is a family member after all the times we have talked to her and highly recommend her!

What a journey it has been! 20 months, 10 events, 1000 emails, 1000 calls and hundreds of texts later we made it! 💕 I don’t think anyone has been part of our journey as long as you have and I couldn’t be more grateful! From helping Chintan plan the proposal to literally helping me walk down the aisle you were there for it all! There are thousands of planners, but there’s only one urvashi :) She makes sure the bride, groom, the parents the immediate guests and every single guest is taken care of. Her team of Khilah, Faten and Brandon have been the heart of our wedding! You don’t realize how much you need a bridal assistant until you have one! Everyone is busy getting ready even your family and friends but Khilah stayed by my side whenever I needed her! Planning the wedding has been a task for sure but our 2-3 hour long logistic calls, and walkthroughs and vendor meetings made it all worth it in the end! Urvashi was the best wedding planner a bride and groom could ask for. I truly do not know how my husband and I would have gotten through the planning process and wedding weekend without her and her team. She helped us and our families every step of the way from solidifying a date and venue to thank you cards post-event. She always remains calm under pressure and is extremely effective at problem-solving on the spot which was very comforting to know as a bride. Her relationship with vendors is extremely valuable. We received the best service and were treated with a lot of respect because of Urvashi. No detail was ever overlooked and things were done before we even had a chance to think of what was next. She is not only a wedding planner she acts as a therapist, family mediator, stylist, seamstress, and much more. She has ideas and suggestions that I would have never dreamed of which gave our wedding this personal touch our family and friends raved about. The best part is she genuinely will put her all into each and every event she does and will make you feel like part of her family. Most brides say they're so grateful the planning process is over, I, on the other hand, miss my weekly calls with Urvashi and wish we could go back! Almost 6 months later and were still getting so many compliments on how perfect and well-planned our 2 city (Chicago and Scottsdale), 5 day, 7-event wedding was. This review feels very delayed as we got married a few months ago, and it is delayed but not because we have nothing to say about Urvashi, it’s because we have so much to say and be thankful for that we’re finding it hard to put into words in a review.


We knew from the first conversation we had with Urvashi that she was the real deal. Even though our parents had pretty much already chosen her to be our wedding planner, she took the time to speak with us and make sure that we got along with her and understood each other's style before committing to anything. She made it very clear that she wasn’t taking the job unless she got approval from the bride and groom, and we loved that about her.
Urvashi is the ultimate multitasker, in a good way; she gets things done before you even have a chance to think of the next thing you want to add to your to-do list. She gives you space to think and make decisions while giving you all the creative ideas and options, but at the same time understands what you’re looking for and is able to advise on the decisions to be made when you’re stuck or need another opinion. The relationship she has with vendors is truly valuable. We felt like we were being treated with the utmost respect and quality of services, just because we were working with Urvashi. We loved that Urvashi would get equally excited about our wedding and all the decisions involved as if it were her own family members' wedding. By the end of the process, it was hard to imagine our wedding without Urvashi.

Even now, three months later, we have family and friends telling us and asking us who this wonder woman Urvashi is, and how she pulled off such an amazing week of events at two houses (Bride and Groom), two venues, a hotel, with numerous vendors. We have so much to be thankful for and this simple review cannot do her justice, but we hope that this gives you a glimpse into not only how amazing of a person she is, but how valuable it is to have her on your side for your big day.

There are not enough words in the book to describe how monumental of a human Urvashi herself and her team are. She guided me almost every step of the way right from the very beginning when I first started planning my wedding. She helped me re-organize my entire wedding agenda after it had gotten postponed due to Covid from November 7, 2020 to a year later in September 11,2021. She is super creative, assertive and most of all very responsive via phone-calls, texts and emails.
She remains calm under all pressure and is extremely effective at problem solving on the spot. Her Team was so attentive and made sure every major to minor detail was taken care of. Urvashi and her team coordinated all of my pre-wedding events, and the wedding and reception as well. They handled every aspect of each event so impeccably and made it a point to make sure we as hosts remained stress free and really truly got to enjoy our events. She is a truly passionate wedding planner / coordinator and it reflects in her work all throughout. Everyone looking for a smooth wedding planning process should look further than Urvashi.

Urvashi worked with us for over two years as we had planned our wedding for 2020, then postponed it and planned it all over again in 2021 with new dates and a new venue. She remained patient throughout the entire process as we changed dates multiple times. Weddings are a lot of work no matter how big or small, and the last thing you want is issues that you personally have to attend to on your big day (and trust me things do come up last minute). I can you tell if you get to work with her for your big day, consider yourself lucky because she will become part of your family and you will forget for the time being that she is a vendor. So many of our guests were complementing her days and weeks after our wedding. You know she's doing something right when the aunties and uncles are able to admit someone did a great job. The vendors she recommends are carefully vetted, so you don't have to second guess yourself. She is so well connected and has so much information to share with you. One of the best things about her is how she deals with the parents. She knows how to talk to them, keep them happy and just balance both the families really well. We had so many ideas and different things we wanted to do for our wedding. We know for a fact they could not have been executed without her guidance, her relationship with the vendors and her expertise. We genuinely miss our phone calls and meetings. Can't thank her enough for the wonderful lifelong memory she has given us.
