Wedding in Portugal
“Flawless execution” is synonymous with Radz Event’s Urvashi and her team. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner than her for our son’s destination wedding in Portugal. Her team took charge and ensured everything from food to decor went through seamlessly without a hitch and the family was able to sit back, relax and enjoy!!
She was deeply passionate about making each event special. She understood my son and daughter in laws vision and brought it to life with incredible attention to detail.
What truly sets her and her team apart is their warm and personable approach.
We received countless compliments from our guests about how beautiful and well-organized our wedding was. We are incredibly grateful to Urvashi and her team helping us create some unforgettable memories.
We highly recommend the team at Radz events for their talent, dedication, resourcefulness and they are an absolute joy to work with. They are the one who will surpass your expectations.

Simply the best
This review feels very delayed as we got married a few months ago, and it is delayed but not because we have nothing to say about Urvashi, it’s because we have so much to say and be thankful for that we’re finding it hard to put into words in a review.
We knew from the first conversation we had with Urvashi that she was the real deal. Even though our parents had pretty much already chosen her to be our wedding planner, she took the time to speak with us and make sure that we got along with her and understood each other's style before committing to anything. She made it very clear that she wasn’t taking the job unless she got approval from the bride and groom, and we loved that about her.
Urvashi is the ultimate multitasker, in a good way; she gets things done before you even have a chance to think of the next thing you want to add to your to-do list. She gives you space to think and make decisions while giving you all the creative ideas and options, but at the same time understands what you’re looking for and is able to advise on the decisions to be made when you’re stuck or need another opinion. The relationship she has with vendors is truly valuable. We felt like we were being treated with the utmost respect and quality of services, just because we were working with Urvashi. We loved that Urvashi would get equally excited about our wedding and all the decisions involved as if it were her own family members' wedding. By the end of the process, it was hard to imagine our wedding without Urvashi.
Even now, three months later, we have family and friends telling us and asking us who this wonder woman Urvashi is, and how she pulled off such an amazing week of events at two houses (Bride and Groom), two venues, a hotel, with numerous vendors. We have so much to be thankful for and this simple review cannot do her justice, but we hope that this gives you a glimpse into not only how amazing of a person she is, but how valuable it is to have her on your side for your big day. -

Urvashi worked with us for over two years as we had planned our wedding for 2020, then postponed it and planned it all over again in 2021 with new dates and a new venue. She remained patient throughout the entire process as we changed dates multiple times. Weddings are a lot of work no matter how big or small, and the last thing you want is issues that you personally have to attend to on your big day (and trust me things do come up last minute). I can you tell if you get to work with her for your big day, consider yourself lucky because she will become part of your family and you will forget for the time being that she is a vendor. So many of our guests were complementing her days and weeks after our wedding. You know she's doing something right when the aunties and uncles are able to admit someone did a great job. The vendors she recommends are carefully vetted, so you don't have to second guess yourself. She is so well connected and has so much information to share with you. One of the best things about her is how she deals with the parents. She knows how to talk to them, keep them happy and just balance both the families really well. We had so many ideas and different things we wanted to do for our wedding. We know for a fact they could not have been executed without her guidance, her relationship with the vendors and her expertise. We genuinely miss our phone calls and meetings. Can't thank her enough for the wonderful lifelong memory she has given us. -

Urvashi was the best choice we made for our wedding. She was so attentive and patient with all of our questions and needs and made sure we got whatever it was we wanted. Urvashi is so personable, sweet and knows exactly how to make things happen- even when they seem so difficult. She really took the time to understand both of our needs as well as our parents wishes for rituals.
All of our events flowed with such ease. Each day Urvashi and her team showed up and made every event more memorable by making sure of every minuscule detail. Not to mention, our 3 tier wedding cake had dropped and she managed to convince the bakery to create a brand new one in under six hours and have it delivered looking just as intricate as the original. She is the ultimate boss lady!
I would recommend Urvashi to any and all. She’s absolutely amazing, definitely the best wedding planner and the only one you’d want for your special day! She has become more like family to us all. We’ve worked with her prior to our wedding and will definitely be using her services again and again at other future events amongst our other family and friends.

Urvashi Mishra is the best of the best & the ONLY wedding planner you want. Urvashi is literally the best decision you will make in your entire planning process! Not only is she your wedding planner she transforms to being your best friend, your support, your advisor, and your biggest calming factor of your wedding. We absolutely loved each and every text, call, zoom call, and the entire planning process with Urvashi.
We have been dreaming of our wedding for the past 15 years, and the year we decide to get married happened to be in the middle of a pandemic – COVID-19. After much debate we decided to keep our original wedding date of December 19, 2020. Planning a wedding especially during these times is no simple feat. The moment Urvashi came on board, we realized how important having a wedding planner is. It is no understatement to say that she is literally the best in the business. Urvashi works extremely well under pressure, she handles every situation with calmness and a smile, brings only positivity and she is CONTINUOUSLY available for you during your planning process.
From the moment she started working on our wedding, she saw to all the details we overlooked and instilled confidence that we would be able to plan our wedding in less than 3 months. She enhanced our wedding vision by thinking outside of the box. She worked with all our vendors to truly execute our vision and beyond. Urvashi has a wealth of experience working in the wedding industry, as such she has a large list of connections and preferred vendors. The moment vendors realize that you are Urvashi’s clients, they roll out the red carpet for you. We highly recommend to work with her recommended vendors as her and her team of preferred vendors run like a well oiled machine. Her only requirement for us and our family during the entire wedding was: 1. No thank you’s till the wedding is over 2. The week before the wedding no planning and just enjoy this special time with loved ones!
The week of the wedding, we were completely stress free, happy, and so in love with ever single event which ran smoothly without any hiccups. Every time a problem arose it was immediately followed by “Urvashi and her team handled it”. Urvashi and her team are with you during the entire wedding weekend. They are in constant communication making sure not only the bride & groom are relaxed but so are each set of parents. Our wedding was the first time that we had experienced a punctual Indian wedding! She ensured everything ran smoothly while coordinating all our vendors (decorator, lighting, dj, caterer, MUAH, photographer, videographer, etc), the hotel staff, and our guests. We would not have been able to enjoy our wedding day had it not been for her and her team. Urvashi was a godsend, and angel to us! Our wedding would not have happened if it wasn’t for Urvashi. Our wedding was more than we could have imagined or even dreamt off. It was a true fairytale!
Urvashi – our review is delayed because we did not know how to put into words what you did for us and how much you mean to us. You are beyond what words can express – thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We miss our daily chats and miss you tremendously. Urvashi and her team deserve OVER 5 stars. Especially now in the midst of COVID-19 and the stresses around scaling a large-size Hindu ceremony to a smaller audience while practicing all protocols, Urvashi was a godsend in helping to plan our wedding. From helping to coordinate not only all the home events leading up to the wedding but also the wedding day itself, I know for a fact that this entire event would have not gone smoothly without her. She's helped in every facet from the mandap decorations to coordinating the event schedules and all the way to helping me with a baker on my ideal cake design.
And the most important aspect of all is that she was there with me and my family every step of the way. She helped keep us sane and on top of all the different activities going on and was a calming presence through the whole event, especially given the fact that we were nervous with COVID going on. By the end of the wedding, I almost forgot Urvashi was my wedding planner - she ended up becoming my close friend during the most important event of my life.
If you're stressed and worried about how to pull off your big day, please hire Urvashi as she will do a fantastic job and will help you handle every obstacle that comes your way. My wedding is complete proof of that as Urvashi helped me pull off this event in the most difficult and uncertain of times. -

If perfect exists in reality, it’s Urvashi. She is a complete rockstar with the focus and drive of a monk. Her work ethic is truly commendable and it really shows in all her productions. There was not one minuscule hiccup to be found during our five day wedding. Urvashi thought of every little detail (including things we didn’t even know we needed), and her hardworking and diligent team executed them all flawlessly. She balanced multiple Type-A personalities without a single ounce of visible or verbal frustration. She is so easy to work with and encouraged us throughout the whole processes to tailor our wedding to our personalities with lots of new and different ideas. She harmonized with all our vendors (both new and old to her company) as if they were all old friends. Urvashi was by our side throughout the entire planning process, and kept things organized from day 1. Everyone told us that in having a huge Indian wedding, we as the couple, would not be able to truly enjoy the day. However with our secret weapon Urvashi, Sunny and I were genuinely smiling ear to ear from before dawn to well after sundown for five days straight. Not only did we enjoy all the events, her team even somehow kept us fed and hydrated throughout our wedding and reception. She made it very clear that our only job would be to enjoy and take in all the moments for the five days and she absolutely did not break that promise. We got married over 6 months ago and we are still getting tons of compliments on our perfect wedding. Urvashi and her team truly went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a nice, hardworking, creative, humble, genuine, and team-player wedding planner, seriously do not look any further, Urvashi is the BEST. -

Nitin and I are forever in Urvashi's debt. She is more than a wedding planner, more than a person, more than a vendor - she is pure magic. Every moment of our magical wedding we owe to her. She was on top of things we didn't even know we needed.
We had amazing vendors who went above and beyond, mostly recommended by Urvashi of course, but it was clear that they delivered so excellently because of the relationship they have with Urvashi.
She took care of every detail with precision and care, she handled a very emotional time (planning a wedding during the pandemic) with grace and calm, and she never made us feel like we were unreasonable for wanting the very best while being mindful of our budget.
I can't imagine a situation that Urvashi could not handle, given that our wedding threw everything at her and she handled each one incredibly, often making better solutions than were initially proposed!
The most common words I heard all weekend were 'Urvashi handled it'. Any time any situation came up, within 10 seconds of me learning about it, the update came in "Urvashi has already handled it." Honestly, we could NOT have done it without her. I don't know how anyone does. If you are even thinking about hiring Urvashi, do not think about - just do it. You will not regret it and your wedding will be more than you ever could have imagined. All because of her.
There are not enough words in the English (or any other) language to express how incredible, competent, kind, resourceful, and dedicated Urvashi is. SHE IS THE BEST! -

Urvashi & her team did an outstanding job with our multi-day wedding. No detail was spared and they worked alongside us to make sure each detail and idea we worked on was executed in the best way possible. Ruchit and I could not have been more pleased with Urvashi and her team for making our day even more special. Planning for a large Indian wedding with multiple events throughout the week requires a lot of organization and without Urvashi we would have not been able to make it go as smoothly. Urvashi’s caring personality and determined nature made her a perfect fit for my husband and I. She worked closely with both families to make sure everyone’s concerns were taken care of. Most importantly she memorized my starbucks order and made sure I had my coffee every morning! Thank You for everything

Urvashi is a lovely person who was invaluable to our wedding’s success! She helped us coordinate vendors and build ideas and the foundation for our wedding and from day one was incredibly helpful, resourceful, and creative. She made our dream of a backyard ballroom come to life- finding the best tents, lighting, transportation etc. she’s incredibly detail oriented and organized and showed us the ropes along the way. From the moment Urvashi and I spoke on the phone over a year ago I knew that she was going to be the right wedding planner for us. She was prompt with all of her calls, emails, and text. She made sure that not only myself and Roshan were taken care of but our entire family. She went above and beyond for each and every one of our guest who she had just met. Urvashi was truly an amazing person to work with and communicate with. What stands out to me the most about Urvashi is that she always found a solution and while doing so she stayed humble, patient, and kind. You truly made me feel like the most important person on each of my event days and took things into your hands like it was your own family event.
