Banquet Room

The weekend room rental fee is $950, with a signed beverage contract. We require a minimum of 100 guests for Friday events and 130 guests for Saturday events. This includes a room rental for up to 6 hours and allows prior access to the room for decorating, deliveries, etc. We can accommodate up to 180 guests for a wedding reception and 200 guests for a business function. Our round tables seat 8 guests each. All tables, chairs and white table linens are included.

Please check this place out! The charming rustic chic decor is like nothing you have ever seen. The facility is warm and inviting and created a perfect environment for our fall wedding. Angie and her staff understand weddings and made our wedding go PERFECT. Excellent bar service, beautiful building, easy-going staff all at an unbelievable value.

I cannot express how happy we were to have found this gem! It is gorgeous! Angie was so easy to work with (and super sweet!) and so accommodating. The staff was wonderful! You will NOT go wrong with this venue!!!

We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding reception. This place was gorgeous and easy. We did not have to do any decorating and left it up to them. The building used to be an old flour mill and they fixed it all up. The whole room has hard wood (both on the walls and on the floor) and had a tall open ceiling. They decorated the tables with toule and lights and it just looked beautiful. We got so many compliments on the place! If you are looking for something kind of different but classy, you should look here. We loved having our reception here! The caterer was extremely helpful and did exactly what we wanted. She was flexible and worked with our budget. The reception hall coordinator worked with us to make sure everything was just as we wanted. This is a fairly new place and are just getting their liquor license. We were able to bring in our own liquor to provide for our guests which made the rental of everything extremely reasonable.

The room at Eesley Place is very beautiful and has a warm, happy atmosphere for a reception. They let us bring in our own caterer and DJ so that was a big plus! However, be sure you know exactly what the contract says because if they are asked to do more on the wedding day they will charge extra. I was not told that what they were doing for us would be an extra charge. But overall it was a great place for us.
