Hi there future brides!
My name is Sisira and I used Eb3 media for my wedding. I am hindu and my husband is Sikh so we had two weddings. Like any other brides I met with 100s of videographers before making my decision. From the very beginning Ejuan would respond to my emails quickly, was very flexible with timings ( we have 4 different events/venues in total). He gave me ideas as well and would always make sure he knew what my vision was before getting started. He even came to my house prior to the wedding (on his own time) to get some shots just to make the video more complete. My highlight video came to me in to time. There were a few changes I wanted made and Ejuan gladly made them and sent it to me soon. Every step along the way was run by me first, which was great. My videographer for the reception (in a diff state since my husband is from cali), did not do that. One day we just received CDs in the mail. No effort was made to find out how we wanted the videos. Even the pictures ohe had on the CD were terrible. My point is , there were no surprises with eb3. He made sure that I loved my pictures and even went to my photographer to find the exact picture I was talking about. The quality of the cds were amazing, and the case was beautiful. So many people have commented on the video itself and even the presentation of the cds. When my cds arrived, my husband and I loved it. However my parents wanted it to be a little longer. If someone was dancing for 5 minutes, my parents wanted the whole 5 minutes. (My husband and I were content with just 30 seconds). We told ejuan this, and he gladly fulfilled my parents requests and made another set , just for them. By this time the payments and everything were made. Most vendors would not have done that so graciously, especially since they got all their money. I believe that is the type of person you would want shooting your wedding. Someone whose ONLY goal is to make sure that you are happy with the final result.
