Earthshine Mountain Lodge is the ultimate destination site. Think "Little House on the Prairie" but catered. This lodge, which was built with families in mind, really takes the cake. The children will love the pioneer village, feeding the goats, playing on the tire swing, and roasting marshmallows, as well as all the space to run. The adults will love seeing the children have fun while they can relax on the porch or be adventurous on the zip line and rope course. Whether outdoors or in, this is a storybook wedding setting. The food is amazing (I cannot stress this enough- there is something for everyone and plenty of it), Marney is an amazing pastry chef and did the most gorgeous cupcakes for us. The staff takes care of your every need, but are not intrusive. It feels like that big ol' family place that you would have loved to have grown up in.
Trust me- they get it right here, and then some. Go, trust, put everything in their hands, and then put your feet up and relax. It will truly be a wedding to remember!!!
