First of all, I won't write about the kindness or lack of kindness I experienced. At the end of the day, you go there for a service. It's whether you are happy or not when you leave.
I am not. I am horrified. I have short hair. I was trying to grow it out. I went for highlights. HUGE MISTAKE on my part. They did it once. They did it twice. How hard could it be to do highlights?
If you want to have to cut all of your hair off, after growing it out because you go to a place that is incompetent, then THIS IS THE PLACE YOU SHOULD GO. Because, that is precisely, what I have to do. If you want a traumatic experience ... to go home and sob because you hair is ruined, then - AGAIN - this is the place for you.
Tomorrow, I am cutting all of my hair off. It is ruined. I went into this place of business for highlights. I was going somewhere else to "fix" it tomorrow, but whats the point. When they put all of their chemicals on it - not once but twice? It's ruined. So, now, I'm to (once again) chop all of my hair off and start from scratch, because I made the HUGE ERROR of going to the internet - seeing the reviews - and trusting this place.
Perhaps with a cut you'd be ok - Don't go here to get highlights. Don't go here to get color. I lived through it. They do not know what they are doing.
At the end of the day, it's not about how nice they are or how rude they are, its about their competence. You go there for a service.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. EVER.
For the next year of my life, I will write this review over and over and over. I've been traumatized. My hair has been ruined. And, at the end of the day, that's all you are left with when a place like this ruins your hair. All you are left with is the power to warn others. It's too late for me. Don't make the same mistake.
