If I could recommend Debbie 100x I truly would. Debbie truly is someone who loves what she does which makes it incredibly easy to work with her. She is honest, kind and listens to all of your concerns, (and then immediately puts your concerns at ease without any question.) how incredibly lucky David and I to have crossed paths with her. She asks alllll of the questions even the ones you don’t even think of before hand so nothing is in the air the day of the wedding and WILL make your wedding dreams and vision come true. We held our June 2024 wedding at a private residence, which required significantly more logistical planning (needed to bring in items like bathrooms, generators, etc.) than a traditional venue. Debbie, our wedding planner, was absolutely fantastic in thinking through all the additional details and needs leading up to the wedding to ensure we had everything covered.

On the day of the wedding, Debbie handled everything like a complete pro. We had the best time and so much fun because everything was seamlessly managed. Debbie even took care of a few issues that popped up that we didn't even find out about until weeks later! Honestly, as the bride, I had practically no stress on my wedding day - it was glorious!

We have had many friends talk about how stressful their wedding planning / wedding day was. I can say confidently that for us, while there was a little stress of course, the entire process was so much more fun and enjoyable in large part because of Debbie.

If you are planning a wedding, you should definitely hire Debbie!

I was absolutely convinced I did not need a coordinator or a planner-- I was so wrong and I am so, so grateful that Debra was available for my wedding day! From suggesting a florist to helping organize and orchestrate the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception Debra was absolutely instrumental in helping me pull off the wedding of my dreams. She was able to answer questions that our vendors had on the big day and helped me navigate challenging family dynamics, which allowed my husband and I to focus on our guests instead of fretting over tiny details. I credit her with helping me to be as relaxed as possible on my wedding day!

Debbie was amazing to work with and took so much off of our plate. We are so grateful that we found Debbie and for her hard work as our day of coordinator. She made sure everything ran smoothly while keeping an upbeat demeanor and pleasant attitude. Debbie took care of so many little details that we had completely overlooked and was an excellent point person for each of our other vendors. Debbie was phenomenal throughout the entire wedding planning process, and especially on wedding day! There were so many small details she did to go above and beyond to make our day special. Before the wedding, we got 2 venue visits to go over details with her and she joined in on our meetings with our photographer to ensure we were all on the same page with the timeline. On the day of, we had an issue that caused our ceremony to be delayed for an hour and Debbie helped us adjust the timeline and even eventually got us back on track with the original timeline! All of the decorations were done exactly how I had envisioned them, and she even added a few touches I hadn’t thought of. I didn’t learn until after the wedding that one of our bartenders had called in sick, but Debbie again saved the day and called in one of her bartenders. I was on the fence about getting a coordinator at first, but I am so glad we did and that we went with Debbie. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her!

Debra is a consummate wedding professional. She’s extremely well organized, thoughtful and thorough in her preparation. She went above and beyond before the wedding attending our final venue meeting to make sure she was on the same page as the staff at our venue. She also attended the rehearsal, which was not included in our package, but she’s just that thorough. She was AMAZING on the day of the wedding helping to set up SO MUCH of our decor. She kept us on schedule all day and was willing to help us with whatever we needed.

This review is long overdue, but our upcoming anniversary reminded me that I still hadn’t shared how AWESOME Debbie and her team are. We had our postponed reception last May and we ended up needing a new planner 10 days before. I am so thankful Debbie was available. She responded to our SOS right away and absolutely saved the day. She immediately jumped in and got things back on track, worked wonderfully with our vendors, and was an absolute joy throughout.

Day-of, there were a ton of moving parts (separate caterer, baker, and bar tender; two different rental companies; 9 piece band; a MASSIVE floral installation), and to make everything more complicated, the weather was not cooperating. She had already put together a great rain plan earlier in the week, but then the wind made us shift gears again. Debbie, her team, and all our vendors went above and beyond giving us a beautiful vow renewal, cocktail hour, dinner, and dance party all in the same space that was originally only supposed to be used for cocktails and dancing. Everyone made sure it was so smooth that we could just relax and enjoy the day. Debbie even wrote me a sweet letter about rain on your wedding day that didn’t include the usual cliches of good luck, but actual advice and reassurances that when all is said and done, the weather is not going to make or break your wedding. And because of the work she and her team put in, she was right. The weather was nuts but our day was wonderful because we had Debbie at the helm.

I also want to give a shout out to one team member (and I’m so sorry to say I can’t remember her name!) who not only steamed my dress and my 12-foot-long veil AND made sure everything was perfect right before I walked down the aisle, she was a miracle worker when one of our flower girls got overwhelmed and prevented a near-certain meltdown. And she did it all with a smile, jokes, and infectious positivity. Clearly someone who loves her job and we were so happy to have her there.

OH! And with the new, more complicated ceremony layout and all the extra logistics of turning over one space three times, Debbie had the brilliant fore-thought to bring in an extra team member just to greet our guests and get them seated so that the rest of the team had more time to focus on all the new complications. It’s little things like this that most people wouldn’t think of that make DWP events so amazing.

I was lucky enough to be a bridesmaid in a wedding that Deb was the coordinator for. Everything ran so smoothly! If I want already married I would definitely use Deb for my own wedding!!!

Debbie was very reliable with any questions I had even during her busiest times. Debbie works for YOU as the bride and groom and not the venue making sure your day is exactly what you dreamed of. I could not have done any of the day of planning and even last-minute vendors without Debbie. We can't recommend her and her business enough (oh and it's a small, woman-owned business).

We cannot say enough great things about Debbie and her team! First, I was sort of last minute in booking Debbie once I realized I needed a day of coordinator and she made everything work perfect. The whole process of hiring and site visits were seamless. Debbie came early with her team to set all the decorations up and handle coordination between the vendors. It was one of the best decisions of my life to hire Debbie as I was able to just enjoy getting ready with my girls and not stress about anything. At the end of the night she packaged everything up as well and I was able to pick up my decorations the next day. This allowed my husband and I to just enjoy our time with our guests and literally not lift a finger. We had a shuttle and we were able to party right along with everyone and never had to worry about anything. I cannot stress it enough how thankful we are that we hired Debbie. In addition, we have some family dynamics on my side that Debbie handled perfectly and was able to avoid any of the typical drama we’d normally have with them. My only regret was not hiring Debbie sooner and have her help earlier in the process!
