Friday: Delivery and set up of Tent, dining tables, dining chairs, chairs at trellis, table clothes, dinnerware and all tent related supplies, Porta-Potty & Generator. Set up is permitted from 9 a.m. Bridal Party Guests arrive at Sawyer, South Haven & Berrien Springs Coach House after 4 p.m.

Saturday: Food Vendor, musicians and florist may park at designated vendor parking. Set up is permitted from 9 a.m. Guest arrival via private bus transportation at Approximately 3:30 p.m. The wedding ceremony to take place approximately at 4:00-4:30 p.m. Reception and dinner at tent follows ceremony. Light acoustic music during cocktails and dinner. Dancing music from 7 p.m. -9:30 pm. Guest Transportation arrives by 10:00 p.m.

A Boutique Michigan experience in wine country! This is the perfect place to have a full three day weekend wedding retreat. Practice your vows and then have the rehearsal dinner in our earthy and cozy barn, then your full service wedding and tent reception unfolds with perfection, followed up with an optional Sunday brunch. A bridal suite is on the the wine country property and additional housing is available for the bridal party at our nearby homes on the lake.

If you are looking for a country elegant wedding event space for under 150 guests, this is the place. Overlooking the pond, rolling hills and lush gardens, your event will be held in a secluded country setting surrounded by wineries and fruit orchards. You will have full use of the coach house during your stay and can use it as a staging area or as a bridal suite for your wedding or simply the honeymoon suite.

At our location you will enjoy everything Southwest Michigan Lakeshore has to offer. You are near wineries, fruit orchards, farm to table restaurants, local breweries, antique stores and the beach; you and your wedding party will never be bored during your eventful weekend!

The outdoor event space is located in a tranquil country setting in Berrien Springs with a large fire pit and a pergola overlooking a small lake with rolling hills for sunset pictures accented with lush garden areas. You would have the event space for 4 days which accommodates the tent rental set up and portable potty drop off. You are able to use the location for a 4 day weekend to have a rehearsal dinner in the barn and an after wedding brunch the next day in addition to the wedding event itself. Wedding parties will need to use a charter service to and from the location during the event for insurance purposes. We have a full vendor list that will help you get everything set up and a guided timeline. We invite you to make an appointment and walk the property to better fully appreciate the beauty of our location. There is very limited amount of availability for events that are permitted at this unique venue. We recommend you visit and reserve your space for your event that can take place May through October.

Additionally, as mentioned we have two other delightful homes in the area that can accommodate 14 people if you would like to book rooms for the bridal party for your wedding weekend for a seamless stay in SW Michigan.
