I would give them negative stars if I could! Absolutely horrible experience with DTS transportation. We used them for our wedding and they were a massive cause for me being 40 minutes late for my own wedding as the bride. They were iffy with their communication over email during the planning process, but wrote that off because of their high reviews. I emailed, called and left them extremely detailed timelines for the day. The driver completely disregarded the timeline, and did not reach out to me or my planner when things got slightly off track. Instead, he sat in a parking lot 20 minutes away from where he was supposed to be as me and my bridesmaids stood outside waiting for him. We eventually called him and he was rude and abrasive. Once he finally arrived, he raised his voice and was extremely rude and unprofessional with me as the bride. I wouldn’t recommend this service to my worst enemy. Caused a huge ripple in my wedding day, and was so unprofessional, my wedding venue is refusing to use their services moving forward.
