Drue was an absolute dream to work with! First of all, her and her staff are incredibly friendly, personable, non-pretentious and extremely knowledgeable about all things jewelry/gems/value. She was professional and up front and honest about pricing as well as the timeline and comparisons between different metals and gems. I had a specific design in mind and she perfectly molded my vision to the most realistic and gorgeous reality. She followed up when she said she would, and the ring was ready exactly within the timeframe she gave us. I would absolutely recommend Drue to anyone in the capital region and beyond to work with. She’s professional, friendly, punctual and insanely talented. I can’t stop staring at my ring even though it’s been 2 months since we got engaged!

I chose a difficult-shaped engagement ring (from another company), and felt a bit stuck on what to choose for my wedding band. We consulted with Drue and her team to see about going a custom route and they were amazing! Drue gave me a few ideas for how we could proceed, and once we made a decision the process just flew by! My new custom band is a perfect complement to my engagement ring, and the band we ordered for my husband is great too! Drue and her team are the best :)

Drue is wonderful. We brought her a very old family ring of my grandmothers, and she designed a beautiful wedding band to complement my engagement ring using the heirloom stones. She was communicative, friendly, and professional. She designed and made the new wedding band in about a month (we were in no rush) and the pricing was very reasonable. She does great work and was able to turn my family jewelry into a sentimental yet stylish more modern piece.

My husband had more correspondence with Drue Sanders/staff than I had, but I think this review is long overdue! We were married in November 2016, only getting around to choosing and ordering wedding bands a few months prior, but the staff were very accommodating! We were able to get the bands picked up just in time for the wedding. :) So don't procrastinate.... We love the rings we chose and did not feel pressured in any way in the process. The staff were all very professional and nice to us.

very knowledgeable , my fiance got my engagement ring there and it is such a beautiful high quality diamond and setting. We went back for the bands, service was wonderful. They really helped us figure out what we wanted.

We had our wedding bands customer designed and made by Drue. She was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and worked with us till we were comfortable and happy with our rings. Her dog is pretty awesome, too.

My husband & I went to see Drue when we were looking at engagment rings to get an idea of what I liked. We spent some time talking to her about our options & what I liked. My husband then went back & met with Drue. Together they designed my engagment ring & it turned out to be exactly what I hoped for! We went back to get our wedding bands & she was able to design a band that matched my engagment ring. We are both very pleased with our rings!

Drue did my MOH's jewelry. We had an original engagement ring & band made by my mother-in-law's jeweler in FL, and though they looked nice, the quality wasn't very good (there were small accent diamonds that were supposed to be fully surrounded that were exposed, and the white gold neede Rhodium every 4 months). When we brought the rings in to have my wedding band made, she showed it to us and went through several options.

We were NOT expecting to have another large jewelry expense, and were distraught. She gave us a very fair price, and made a CAD drawing of them first so we could be certain it was the ring(s) we wanted. Finally, she allowed us to provide old rings/metal for a discount. She only used new metal, but gave us the price she could get selling it on auction, and it helped us mitigate the price substantially.

We already had the diamonds, so they were rings set in palladium.

Drue was easy to work with and helped us select a custom engagement ring which we love. Service following the ring purchase has been excellent as well.

Extremely disappointing experience. I came in with a unique and personal request—turning my wisdom teeth into custom jewelry—and was met with nothing but rudeness and attitude. The woman I spoke to, the OWNER, was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel like I was wasting her time just for asking questions. It was clear she had all the ideas, no interest in listening or offering any kind of guidance. She told me she was “insulted” for even suggesting to get a necklace from Walmart to help with my budget. For a business that claims to specialize in custom work, the lack of basic courtesy and respect was shocking. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for thoughtful service or creative collaboration. Honestly surprised how this lady is still in business.
