My wife and I hired Downtown Catering our winter wedding. Mike and Therese did an amazing job with the menu, and the food was delicious. They constantly communicated with us and always responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. The service at the reception was amazing. They made sure to save some hors d'oeuvres from the cocktail hour for us and got us drinks from the bar throughout the evening. On top of all this, our guests have been raving about the food and service since that night. We would recommend this caterer to anyone.

Downtown Catering Co is a wonderful catering company I've had the pleasure to work with multiple times a month for the last year. I'm a wedding coordinator and have found them to always be responsive, courteous, have delicious food and excellent service on the wedding day. We hired Downtown Catering Company for our October 3rd wedding at Sylvanside Farm, and let me just say that even a month later our guests are STILL talking about how excellent the food was. From the cocktail hour to the dinner service (I’m still dreaming of Therese’s cheesy potato gratin…), to the dessert bar including a s’mores station - everything was truly perfect.
Not only that, but Therese, Nicole, and Michael were absolutely wonderful to work with. Nicole was so responsive and helpful with guiding our menu choices, including assisting with our wedding cake flavors, ultimately I think our email chain was over 150 messages long! The whole team really took their time with us and helped make our wedding dreams come true. Hiring Downtown Catering Company was one of the best decisions we made, and I couldn’t speak more highly of this team - thank you, thank you, thank you!

From my very first conversation with their team, they were absolutely amazing. We were blown away by how delicious the food was when we did the tasting. They offer a great menu with a lot of variety, the details are on point, and everything was ?SOOO GOOD! Mike and Therese are also the best to work with. I had a lot of questions throughout the whole planning process and they were super patient, kind, and willing to work with me on all the details. We ended up having to adjust our contract due to COVID and they were very flexible in accommodating the changes. They attended our venue walkthrough, took care of all our rentals, and provided clean up service. The staff were great during the day of the wedding, and they were also super helpful in accommodating and distributing our homemade desserts to all our guests. Overall a 10 out 10 experience, would definitely recommend!

We had the absolute best experience with booking Downtown Catering for our wedding. Prior to booking, we had a tasting at their location and were so impressed by everyone's kindness, the care they put into our experience, and of course the food. We had done a couple other tastings in the DC area and Downtown Catering was a whole other experience compared to those. After booking, Therese and Mike were both quick with communication and helpful with all of the planning.

Our wedding day was more than amazing! All of the food tasted incredible and Mike constantly kept checking on me and groom during pictures and throughout the evening to see if there was anything he could bring us. His positive energy was so great to be around and I cannot recommend Downtown Catering enough!!

From the day we did the tasting, we were excited for the wedding just so we could eat the delicious food again. The pricing was great, the staff was professional and helpful, and most importantly, the food was spectacular. It was hard to find caterers near our venue that had good refined food and vegetarian/vegan options (most were a lot of home type cooking and BBQ, and we wanted something a little more special for the wedding). The options were endless and all of what we tasted was way above our expectations. The guests cleaned the plates at dinner. Such a great choice.

I can't thank Downtown Catering enough for such a wonderful wedding! They are extraordinary. Nicole Feldman was a blast to work with. She had everything under control and answered my million questions. Planning a wedding in the pandemic was stressful enough but Nicole and the team brought me so much relief. It was such a pleasure working with them. The food was so delicious too! Our guests thoroughly enjoyed all of it. From the set up, the food, the break down, all of it... Downtown Catering did an amazing job and I'll be recommending them to any and all who need an event catered.

Downtown Catering of Front Royal, VA catered my son's wedding. He and his bride requested a HUGE salad bar as the main lunch course. Mike and his team went above and beyond, even with COVID restrictions, to make it happen for the couple. Every bite was yummy and beautifully done.
