We chose the Double Tree Suites in Downtown Austin not only for it’s proximity to our wedding location but also because the rooms were very nice. Every room is a suit with a kitchenette and a separate living room. It has beautiful views of the State Capitol. All of our guests enjoyed their stay and had a great time. We also used the Double Tree to host the Bride’s Tea. They did a fantastic job decorating the room for a Christmas theme as well as the food on our custom Tea menu was DELICIOUS! Everyone loved the food (especially the mini fruit tarts filled with lemon curd). I would definitely recommend the Double Tree Suites for any event you are planning as they will go the extra mile to make it special.
