We recommend to order a wedding cake 6-8 weeks in advance of the wedding date. Our Wedding Cake consultants would be happy to arrange an appointment to design the wedding cake of your dreams. We typically hold these appointments on Saturday mornings from 10:00am-2:00pm, or on some select week nights from 4:00-5:30pm. During the consultation you can discuss flavor, frosting, filling, size, shape, decorations, delivery, set up, pricing, and anything else you can think of! Dessert Shots, or Petite Parfaits, by definition include multiple layers, for pleasing contrasts in flavor and texture. Try using some of the following elements to create your very own signature combination:

• Cream Layer: flavored mousse, pastry cream, custard, whipped cream, chocolate fudge
