Karyn is wonderful to work with. She is able to answer almost any question I had and if she couldn't she would find out and get back to me with lightning speed! I was unsure about using a travel agent, since I had not used one before but I met Karyn at a bridal expo at Golden Eagle and decided to setup a meeting with her. She quickly put me and my then Fiance at ease and while our first choice for a honeymoon did not pan out, she was extremely helpful in helping us find an alternate more affordable choice for our honeymoon. She is very responsive and always available to answer questions. Our honeymoon is in just under 2 weeks, we cannot wait! I am completely at east that everything is organized and ready to go and that is all thanks for Karyn from DnD Honeymoons! Thanks!

Karynn Gross at DND is absolutely incredible. My wife and I will be going to her for all of our future traveling plans. The customer service was outstanding, and Karynn goes out of her way to make sure you have the best honeymoon/trip you can imagine, while getting the best deal possible at the same time! Due to her experience, there virtually isn't a question that she can't answer (and if that were possible, she is quick to find out what you need and get back to you promptly). She gives great advice on things to try at your destination. My favorite part about DND and Karynn is that you always feel like this agent is working solely for you and your spouse; ensuring that requests are met, and your honeymoon is everything you want and more. She goes out of her way to make you both feel special, and that, amongst all the other positives is why I can guarantee we will be back again to plan a future trip. My husband and I had this honeymoon dream of going to Italy, but I wanted to see multiple cities while I was over there. We wanted to go to Rome, Florence, Tuscany, and Venice. Karynn at DND assisted us in finding the best flights going into Rome and flying home from Venice. She assisted us in finding the best hotels that were elegant and had free breakfast and of course a huge bathroom, so my tall husband can be comfortable. She made sure we had transportation from the airport and in-between the cities. She made sure we had everything we needed. She signed us up for all the coolest tours in each city and made a perfect itinerary for my type A personality, so we would not forget anything. She was amazing, professional and over all sweet. We are planning to use her again with our future trips. :)

Karynn was absolutely amazing! Not only did she book us for a wonderful 7 night Royal Caribbean cruise, once we got closer to the cruise date she found out there was discounts and was able to save us money on our final deposit! She is quick to respond and had some amazing recommendations for excursions. She goes the extra mile to make sure your honeymoon is amazing and we still use her for all our travel needs. Karynn was recommended to is by my husband's sister in law. We couldn't have been happier with the results we got. We met Karynn at a wedding expo and she was also recommended to us by our photographer. She was able to talk with us and get us at a Sandals resort in Jamaica that truly met all of our desires (and WAY more). She is really knowledgable about all of the resorts and we were surprised at what she could get for us within our budget. We arrived at the resort on a helicopter that gave us a great view of Jamaica and got us to the resort faster; it was amazing and well worth it for a special event! All of the food was great and the excursion to YS Falls was fun, peaceful, and not crowded. I went into this vacation thinking it was going to be great, but it was truly so above and beyond that! Every person we met there was extremely nice, fun, and helpful. Without a doubt we will be returning to another Sandals vacation and using Karynn for all of our travel needs. She is the best!
