DJ Tariq was such a life saver, his playlist was so much fun and he knew how to read the crowd and play songs that brought up the energy. Our wedding was a white and desi mixed wedding and he knew how to represent both cultures in the music that was playing. He had a very professional setup with uplighting, a DJ booth, and even brought a mic and stand for my dad, who was performing a song at the wedding. Honestly DJ Tariq was so awesome and I would never go with any other DJ if I had to get married all over again, lol!

I was worried about my engagement function as I was new here and traveled long through Dubai, and my fiancee referred DJ Tariq and that was so fabulous.... I never ever forget that moment and special thanks to DJ Tariq because he did a great job.. wish to hire him again on my wedding ceremony by this year end.....

Beautiful up-lighting for the venue, high quality sound, and diverse wedding selection of music. He kept the dance floor full, followed our itinerary, on time and professional service provided.

First off, the setup was great. We liked the the baraat and lighting. However, the DJ was not very professional. Halfway through the wedding the mics went out and the dj was nowhere to be found. The audience was very confused as no one could tell what was going. When the priest asked if the guests could bless us, no one could hear. This was a big portion of the ceremony that just didn't go as planned due to the djs equipment and absence. Also, we talked to DJ Tariq prior to the wedding about music selection and mc-ing the event for which he asked us to write up a script. We took a lot of time to write specific instructions and script. For the most part it was not followed. Our family intros were botched, the music was wrong, and then for our first dance some random song started playing. I had to stop the event numerous times to correct them so guests could understand what was going on. Despite our schedule of events, he decided to start the reception in the middle of dinner without us which happen to cut out all of our family and friends speeches that we had prepared. We pretty much had to step into the booth and have them stop the music to allow us to cut the cake. He didn't seem to care how we wanted the event to go and even told the brides sister to "f**k off" when she asked them to change the music. None of their actions were professional and they took the music in the direction they chose which caused the dance floor to empty out for a good portion of the reception.
