Ralph was absolutely amazing!! Music is such a big part of the wedding experience and Ralph created an incredible experience for us and our guests. We described the different vibes we wanted for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and he played a setlist that perfectly captured what we were looking for. He also had great and creative ways to include our “must plays.” My family is Caribbean and my wife’s is Portuguese, he cycled in great party songs from both our cultures and also classic wedding and party hits. The dance floor was JUMPIN the whole night.

Ralph is also so easy to work with. He was prompt, really nice, helped us a ton leading into the wedding. Wedding planning is stressful, and having someone like Ralph who every time you connect with him makes you feel less stressed and relieved was such a delight. He was one of our favorite wedding vendors to work with!

We also ended up doing the full lighting package which was sooo worth it, as it helped create an awesome party vibe. If you’re looking for a DJ that’s gonna have your guests dancing all night long this is your guy!

We absolutely, 100% would recommend Discoboxx to any and everyone! Specifically, we have to shout out DJ Baptiste, who made our wedding reception absolutely perfect and such a blast! One of our wedding guests, who is engaged, said, "If we were getting married in NC, we would have booked DJ Baptiste on the spot!" Ralph, who we had our initial consult with, was communicative, helpful, and has an innovative approach to wedding DJing. Baptiste, who we were paired with for the event, was talented, a great listener, and able to curate a playlist that kept our guests on the dance floor all night without being hokey. Our only regret was not adding an extra hour to our reception so we could keep dancing! A huge thank you to Discoboxx for a wonderful evening!

When we first started searching for a DJ, our biggest goal was to avoid the typical “cheesy” wedding DJ—and Discoboxx was exactly what we were looking for from the very first meeting with Ralph. Their entire motto aligned perfectly with our vision, and we especially loved that they offered a live saxophone player to perform hybrid with the DJ. DJ Yae did an incredible job reading the room and using the playlists we created to set the perfect vibe for every part of the day—from pre-ceremony to the after party. Joe on the sax was an absolute vibe and had everyone on the dance floor all night. Our friends are still talking about it and asking for our DJ’s info for their future weddings.

Discoboxxx brought an energy to our wedding that was absolutely unmatched! Amid all the stress of planning, Ralph made everything simple and completely stress-free. He was our DJ, and he truly brought our vision to life. The wedding never felt cliché as it turned into one big, unforgettable party surrounded by the people we love most. We can’t recommend Discoboxxx highly enough! From the perfectly curated music throughout the entire day to the stunning lighting that set the mood, every detail made the atmosphere feel incredibly special. So many of our guests came up to us to compliment the music and the incredible atmosphere Ralph helped create. There was never a moment where the dance floor was empty once the party started!

I just wanted to say last night was the best night of my life. I have watched dozens of EDM live sets from professional big league DJs in clubs, festivals, etc. YOU are the most fun DJ I’ve ever heard/seen. The fact that you were mixing, mashing up, and even controlling the lights yourself was so KICK ASS!! Your table presence was so clean with the nice wood boxes. Your speakers filled the room without being too overwhelming. Your speaker and mic set up at the actual wedding ceremony was excellent. The mic/audio quality was perfect!! My only regret was not ordering your top tier package!!! We did the middle tier, but I am certain the top tier would have been 100% worth it! Truly you did such an amazing job keeping everyone energized and engaged all night long. Not jumping around too much between songs but always moving on to the next song before things got too slow!!! Everyone at our wedding said you were the best DJ they’d ever heard. Thank you so much for the best night of my life. If I ever have another large party event I am 100% hiring you to DJ it and I will be raving you to all my friends to DJ their weddings too!

Ralph DJ'd our wedding and we could not have been happier! He very clearly picked up on the vibes we were going for (fun, dance party) in our meetings with him, and on wedding day, he absolutely delivered. We received SO many compliments from guests about Ralph's song choices, energy, lighting, and overall vibe. We paid extra to include a saxophone player (who played alongside Ralph's DJing) during cocktail hour and the dance floor portion of the reception, and this ended up being one of the coolest and most memorable parts of our wedding! Ralph also did a great job of directing the flow of the wedding as emcee. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone!

We hired Ralph Bracamonte for our super non-traditional wedding, he absolutely CRUSHED it. Great communication, flexibility, and insight into helping us plan - and outstanding delivery on the day-of. Great MC (without being too much) and did an awesome job of reading the room and keeping the dance floor poppin. He's seriously talented far beyond just slapping on a playlist - let this man cook!

If you are looking for a wedding DJ, Ralph should be at the top of your list. From our first phone call to the wedding day, he was absolutely incredible. He created exactly the wedding atmosphere we imagined, and he kept the dance floor packed the entire night. We heard from so many of our guests how much they loved our DJ. 10/10 would recommend!

When I say that Ralph is amazing, I mean... WOW. We had a wedding guest list that was a little all over the place and he managed to get everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) on the dance floor. Some of my family that refuses to dance at weddings was on the dance floor. There was not a single moment that the music lulled or felt choppy or had people looking around for something to do. We even managed to get a faux sparkler exit in and have half the wedding party leave to do it and Ralph kept the others dancing without noticing. The day after our wedding, we got so many compliments on our DJ and several people asking for his contact info. Do yourself a favor and hire him. You will not forget it.

Discoboxx is really a no brainer choice. We began looking for a DJ and as soon as we met with Ralph we knew. He was responsive, detail oriented, and had a lot of experience. He went through a time line with us and helped us figure out how we wanted our wedding night to go. He worked really well with all our other vendors and literally kept everyone on the dance floor all night! There was never a lull in the night and I danced the ENTIRE time. He also did an amazing mix of making announcements but also not going overboard. Seriously could not have been happier with our choice.
