I booked Dilan for my hair and makeup for our Central Park elopement, and she was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Since we were getting ready at our hotel before heading to the park, Dilan came directly to us fully equipped and ready to go. She was so warm and professional and instantly made me feel calm and taken care of on such a special morning. Dilan created a soft romantic look that was perfect for our intimate ceremony. My makeup was flawless yet natural and my hair held up beautifully throughout the day even with all the walking and the city breeze. Everything looked perfect in our photos and I truly felt like the best version of myself. What I appreciated most was how easy Dilan made everything. She knew exactly how to time everything, helped me stay relaxed, and even gave a few touch up tips before we left. Her attention to detail and passion for her work really show. Hair and Makeup by Dilan is a pleasure to be with, fun, knowledgeable, completely professional and extremely good at what she does. Unlike the average makeup artist, here I ended up looking like a natural enhanced version of myself rather than like a painted doll for my wedding hair and makeup.

l also had my trial done here and my stylist advised accordingly because of her experience and in-depth knowledge of the wedding trends that she recommended for me.

I am very picky myself in regards to wearing makeup since I normally just wear my tinted moisturizer and Mascara to pair with. But as I told my stylist that she went above and beyond to allow me to still look myself and be enhanced for our wedding photoshooting. As I recommended, a true professional!
