I had a fantastic experience trying on wedding dresses at Diamonds & Pearls. Melanie was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. All of the anxiety and stress I felt coming in for my first bridal appointment melted away as I tried on the beautiful gowns at her store. Although I ultimately found my perfect dress at another boutique, I want to encourage other brides to visit Diamonds & Pearls. You won't be disappointed! The Diamonds & Pearls team completely changed the wedding dress shopping experience for me. I had no idea what type of wedding dress I wanted and I was excited to go to the different shops to see what would be pulled based on the expertise of the bridal specialists. However, I felt overwhelmed and defeated after leaving the first two bridal shops. I even doubted if I would find a dress that I would love and feel confident when wearing. I happened to find Diamonds & Pearls when looking for a last minute appointment and was so happy I did. As soon as I entered the shop, I knew the experience would be different. It was a more personalized experience and after sharing my story with Fre she was determined to find the right dress for me. The dress that we found was beautiful and nothing like I imagined, but it felt so right. Each appointment following was an amazing experience because it felt like Melanie and the team truly cared. I am even using their dress cleaning and preservation services because I trust them completely with my dress. Melanie is AMAZING -- so knowledgeable, kind, patient and supportive throughout the process. Every dress she picked out for me to try on was absolutely gorgeous and she has some really unique options in the Diamonds & Pearls collection. Wedding gown shopping is an overwhelming experience -- at least, it was for me! Melanie made it so much easier and brought a sense of calm to the process. I'd recommend Diamonds & Pearls to anyone looking for a personalized, fun and as-stress-free-as-possible experience! Now, while I ultimately didn't end up purchasing my dress from Diamonds & Pearls, the gorgeous Fiona gown was one of the two it came down to for me -- it was an incredibly hard decision and that dress will always hold a place in my heart. Melanie and one of her colleagues knew I was stressed out about the decision, and they were very supportive and patient with me as I mulled it over. I mentioned to Melanie early in the process that I was interested in a wedding cape (alternative to a veil) and was considering ordering one online, but Melanie had one in-shop that she had me try on to give me an idea of the interplay with a dress/train. It was SO gorgeous that it changed my entire approach to my wedding "look," and I decided to buy it before I even made the final decision on my dress!
