I’m so happy that I chose Diamonds & Pearls! I purchased my ceremony and reception gowns from them. They have in-house alterations, which was so convenient and their seamstress is absolutely amazing. Really everyone who works at Diamonds & Pearls went above and beyond. Their seamstress is amazing and is so knowledgeable and can work magic.

This was the first place I went to begin my wedding dress search and I knew from the moment that I met Melanie and her staff that this was the place!! The shop is beautiful with a great selection. Melanie was so helpful and sweet and went above and beyond. I had tried on a few dresses and was pretty certain I found my dress then. However, I wanted to make sure I wasn’t limiting myself, so I tried out one more shop (horrible experience) and went back online to check out a few more. Melanie helped locate one of the dresses I found online and had it sent to the shop for me to try on. I ended up going with the dress she originally helped me pick out and I couldn’t have been happier! I have sent a few others to Diamonds and Pearls Bridal since then and they have all purchased their dresses from there. I had a fantastic experience trying on wedding dresses at Diamonds & Pearls. Melanie was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. All of the anxiety and stress I felt coming in for my first bridal appointment melted away as I tried on the beautiful gowns at her store. The Diamonds & Pearls team completely changed the wedding dress shopping experience for me. I had no idea what type of wedding dress I wanted and I was excited to go to the different shops to see what would be pulled based on the expertise of the bridal specialists. However, I felt overwhelmed and defeated after leaving the first two bridal shops. I even doubted if I would find a dress that I would love and feel confident when wearing. I happened to find Diamonds & Pearls when looking for a last minute appointment and was so happy I did. As soon as I entered the shop, I knew the experience would be different. My best friend and I went to Diamonds & Pearls to do a joint dress fitting. I was a larger-figured bride and was concerned about the "boutique" title, knowing that I would never be able to try anything on at these sorts of places. I had actually picked a dress form David's that I wasn't totally gung ho for, but thought that I wouldn't get much better. I asked Melanie over email whether trying anything on would be possible and she assured me it was, but I have to admit that I wasn't sure.

From the minute I met Melanie in person, I knew I was going to have a great experience. She was just a joy! I had known what I wanted in a dress and she immediately pulled out the dress, obviously too small. But she encouraged me to put it on anyway, threw a clip in a few places, and I started to cry because I knew it was it. I ended up buying the dress of my dreams thanks to Melanie, a classic satin cathedral train, as well as a cape to replace a veil. My friend and I had such a wonderful time, even if one of us had not gotten a dress!

The woman who does her alterations is also just incredible. She was able to add more lace to cover up parts of the transparent back that exposed too much for my comfort and added a gold and ruby belt to the front of my dress to make it exactly what I wanted.

When I walked down the aisle, I felt nothing less than beautiful. My family just loved the dress. But what really made the experience was Melanie - she was so kind and just all around wonderful. She never made me embarrassed or like I was any less than any other bride who walked into her shop that could fit in the dresses. She was SO communicative and accommodating and deserves for every bride to choose her. I would recommend Diamonds & Pearls a million times over, especially for a plus-size bride who wants to feel worthy of that boutique experience.

I had a relatively small budget when shopping for my wedding dress. Somehow Diamonds and Pearls was able to make all my dreams come true! I am still getting compliments on my wedding dress weeks later. Even with the additional cost of alterations, the overall cost for my dress was well under my budget.
The team at the shop was so kind and helpful also. I felt so comfortable trying on dresses. Definitely the best bridal shopping experience I had the whole time.

Melanie is AMAZING -- so knowledgeable, kind, patient and supportive throughout the process. Every dress she picked out for me to try on was absolutely gorgeous and she has some really unique options in the Diamonds & Pearls collection. Wedding gown shopping is an overwhelming experience -- at least, it was for me! Melanie made it so much easier and brought a sense of calm to the process. I'd recommend Diamonds & Pearls to anyone looking for a personalized, fun and as-stress-free-as-possible experience! Now, while I ultimately didn't end up purchasing my dress from Diamonds & Pearls, the gorgeous Fiona gown was one of the two it came down to for me -- it was an incredibly hard decision and that dress will always hold a place in my heart. Melanie and one of her colleagues knew I was stressed out about the decision, and they were very supportive and patient with me as I mulled it over. I mentioned to Melanie early in the process that I was interested in a wedding cape (alternative to a veil) and was considering ordering one online, but Melanie had one in-shop that she had me try on to give me an idea of the interplay with a dress/train. It was SO gorgeous that it changed my entire approach to my wedding "look," and I decided to buy it before I even made the final decision on my dress!
