Amazing Service

Diamond Vault was amazing to work with and had a stunning selection of ring settings to choose from. We had our own stone and picked out the setting and had the ring set there. It was done in less than a week and they did an amazing job.

The diamond Vault is not only beautiful inside but the staff is so friendly and kind! We had the pleasure of working with Michael and he really goes above and beyond for his clients! My Husband went there for my engagement ring and had such a great experience we also went there for our wedding bands. Turn around time was exactly as promised. My Husband & I purchased watches for his groomsmen and ushers and the morning of our wedding they all took there watches there to get links out so they would fit correctly and without hesitation they helped us out and very quickly at that! Exceptional service, I would highly recommend coming to Diamond vault for any of your Diamond needs. Thank you again Michael!

diamond vault is a great place. The person conducting the ceremony lost the ring right before the ceremony. So we went back to the diamond vault, and after hearing what happened Amir gave us a great deal on the new one. Thanks again Amir.

I had a wonderful experience when I picked out my ring setting here. Most of there jewelry is larger and higher end, but I was still able to find something that suited my small hand and that was in our price range. They didn't even charge us for the labor in setting my stone because of my fiancé's military status. I would definitely go back to them in the future.

You will not find better value, quality and customer service than the Diamond Vault of Troy. My fiancee worked with Randy (the owner) over the phone, through email, and in person for weeks in order to find the perfect diamond, have it shipped, and set on the most beautiful ring I can imagine! We then returned to choose both of our wedding bands- which were custom made as well, and which we absolutely love!

Randy, Tim, and the rest of the staff treat you like family, and like you are the only customer in the building (when clearly there are many other happy customers). We love visiting the Vault, and we usually just 'pop in' whenever in the area to say hi.

Stop your search and save your time- go directly to the Diamond Vault of Troy - you will be very happy that you did!

We wore Diamond Vault jewelry exclusively and wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry! Amir Chokr is the best! Beautiful jewelry and amazing custom pieces! Best jeweler hands down!

positively gorgeous! my ring is unbelievably pretty - it's so "me" and with the guys, Chokr men, they helped my husband design a ring that was incredibly perfect for me in everyway. They helped him keep me guessing what my man had planned, I think they really enjoy that role in the entire process! They are warm and friendly and you sincerely feel like you are part of their family with the welcome you feel in their incredibly beautiful store. You guys ROCK! Thanks for all you did to create the beautiful piece I proudly wear everyday and every where!

So pleased with this store! My fiancé and I had our antique rings resized and my antique earrings cleaned. They looked like different pieces afterwards! Amazing! Will never go to another jewelry store again.

We went to the Diamond Vault because of a relationship with one of the owners and high recommendations from other friends. We weren’t disappointed.

We were searching for simple wedding bands of palladium and found Michael to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful in finding exactly what we wanted. The service was personal and welcoming and we wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.
