We were really worried about picking transportation. I've heard so many horror stories where the vehicles are messy or they don't show at all! Not the case at all here. We were SO happy we chose them! From my first phone call to our wedding day, communication was prompt and service was excellent. I compared costs with several companies and they had the best service and flexibility for us! We only wanted a very short time between our ceremony and reception and most companies turned us down, but Diamond was willing to accommodate us! The limo was clean and they even brought cups and napkins for us. It was very special!

We hired this company for our wedding.we viewd the navigator limousine a couple of weeks before the wedding, we were very impressed and excited for the big day!!! Contacted us 2 weeks after our rental and said a seat was stained. when we met with them to see the stain and discuss a resolution the male driver/owner became upset when we asked why it took two weeks to let us know about the stain and told my wife and her friend to "get the F$%# out of his limo. a resolution was reached but that was very unprofessional.

Everything seemed to be fine and going smoothly until the day of my wedding when the driver/owner called and said they would be 45mins late to my 2hr time slot and would not extend their services past my original end time....And they refused to give me my money back. if you want to ruin your wedding pick this company.
