I used Deonna's services and talents for my engagement party and I could not have been more pleased. As the groom, my responsibilities were few, so I wanted to get a great photographer who knew what to shoot, how to shoot it, and when to get the right shots. I was not disappointed. Referred to me by a friend who used her in the past, I checked out her website and liked what I saw. Flash forward to the engagement party - We did the usual shots, walking, talking, holding hands, looking all cute, shots with the family, etc. But then it came to the dancing, and I knew Deonna was the best pick, because of one particular moment. I saw my cousin's four-year old daughter dancing with her grandfather, and I immediately went searching for Deonna to ask her to get a shot of that moment. After a few glances around the venue, I saw that Deonna was already there, photographing them. Some might say it's common sense to grab that shot, but it showed me that Deonna had a true eye for photographing engagements, weddings, and other parties. It was then that I had a feeling the product we would receive would not be disappointing. Flash forward to our receipt of the online image gallery, and I was, once again, not disappointed. My fiance, my future in-laws, my parents, and our families all loved the photographs, and the quality of the photographs. We've since asked Deonna to photograph our wedding and I can't wait to see how she photographs it!

I hired Deonna for my destination wedding a few months ago. It was one of the best decisions I could have made for my wedding day! She is so easy to work with, very focused, and takes the most BEAUTIFUL photos! It ended up raining on my wedding day, but Deonna was up for the challenge. She knew exactly where to take me and my husband to still capture our special day. She is truly a master of her craft! I know there are a lot of choices out there for wedding vendors - especially photography- but she is definitely a cut above the rest! I would highly recommend Deonna for any bride to be!!!

Choosing Deonna for our wedding photography was one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding! Not only was she a delight to work with, she made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Her work speaks for itself. Deonna captured a mix of traditional family photos, beautiful candids of the guests and artsy shots of the decor/rooms/bride & groom. She balanced the perfect blend and was everything you would want in a wedding photographer. I would recommend Deonna again and again to anyone searching!

Deonna and her assistant Peter were absolutely awesome! They were incredibly perceptive and got amazing shots. Our wedding day was raining non-stop but we still have gorgeous pictures to memorialize the day! Deonna takes brilliant candid shots which are very artistic. 100% satisfied :)

Deonna was amazing to work with since day 1! We were choosing between a few photographers, but I felt an immediate bond during our meeting. She listened to every detail (I had a lot), question, and concerns I had right from out first meeting. Since our wedding was in October we had limited time with the sun setting after our ceremony. She knew exactly what needed to happen in order to capture the most gorgeous pictures. We were able to meet with her a couple times before the wedding to make sure everything was planned out. She was very organized from start to finish! I felt very confident with her creative vision and my expectations throughout the day that this was a perfect match. Deonna's communication exceeded my expectations as she always responded same day with any questions that came up before the wedding. Her prices are very fair for what is included in the package especially having a second photographer was amazing!

The day of the wedding she showed up on time and was ready to go immediately snapping pictures and letting me know time frame. She was amazing with navigating the whole crew and keeping everyone focused as I had huge list of pictures I had on my list :) The ceremony pictures were just breathtaking. We took our next set of pictures on the golf course and we made it in time to be able to snap some pictures of the sun setting in the background. These were my favorite pictures because she was so creative and very easy to work with.

Overall, I would highly recommend Deonna to be able to shoot your wedding because of her excellent communication, easy to work with ,and very friendly and patient personality. You will not be disappointed and have beautiful pictures to remember forever!

We just got our wedding photos back and I am extremely happy with them! I love looking at them- Deonna's work is excellent. She was very easy to work with, took creative photos, and has always responded to questions very quickly throughout the entire process. The package we got includes a wedding album that she will put together for us. The photos are easy to access and easy for guests to view as well. Deonna also makes the appropriate edits, when needed, to the photos that helped to enhance the pictures. All of our friends and family that have looked at the pictures love them too and we have gotten tons of compliments. We had a lot of fun working with her and would recommend her to friends and family!

Deonna was wonderful and her work was beautiful! We got married in October and were planning our wedding from out of town. She made the whole process so easy and could not have been nicer or easier to get a hold of which was great since we were doing all our planning from a different state. The day of the wedding she was right on time and had already scoped out our venue so she knew where the best places to take pictures would be. We are very excited to get our Album from her!

Working with Deonna for our engagement session and wedding was a lot of fun. She was up for anything and always willing to get the shot.
She was easy to work with and had great suggestion for photography locations. She is a nice mix between traditional and artistic photography.

My husband and I are were very happy with Deonna! I wanted quality pictures but also a good price. I talked to a lot of photographers and she stood out because she was superr nice on the phone and I knew I wanted to meet her. When we finally met her ...she did not disappoint! She's super friendly and willing to listen to you about your special day. We have a HUGE family and church family pictures can easily become a disaster especially when you have a time crunch. We made sure to have an organized picture list but she made sure to be efficient with the pictures and we were able to fit them all in our timeframe. On my wedding day she helped me feel calm as well, definitely a plus with a photographer on your wedding day. We got the pictures on a flashdrive within 2 weeks after our wedding and we really like them! Our parents are super impressed with her timing. She is also very responsive to any questions you may have. I definitely think she is a great deal for the money she is asking for.
