Where do I even begin? I found Deanna through reviews online and I booked my trial immediately. Needless to say I was thrilled with working with her from the start. Deanna did my makeup for my bridal shower, engagement session, and my wedding! She did three different looks And I was just blown away with how she knew exactly what I wanted and executed it with ease. When Deanna does makeup it brings out the beauty in you without being too much or too little. My mother, mother in law, and grandmother (done by her assistant that day Bianca) also got their makeup done for the wedding and the looks she did for them were amazing.

Also a plus, my husband loved every time I got my makeup done. He always says I don’t need to wear makeup, but you know how men are haha. He even coerced his mom who was a little apprehensive about it and she was thrilled with the look for the wedding!

Working with Deanna for my wedding was easily one of the best choices I made. She is professional, talented, so incredibly sweet, and so much fun to work with. She made getting ready for my big day so easy. Her assistant Bianca that was also amazing and she created beautiful looks for my bridesmaids. Deanna is, without a doubt, one of the very best decisions you could possibly make for your wedding day (she most definitely was for me :))! She is one of the sweetest, most caring people you will ever meet and her talent can't even be captured by words. From the booking process to the actual wedding, Deanna was such a gift to work with.

Booking Process: I actually booked Deanna back in the spring of 2019, and got to work with her through fall of 2021 due to multiple cancellations for my wedding. Deanna was absolutely wonderful and incredibly easy to work with the first time around, but I will never be able to thank her enough for sticking with me through not one, not two, but three rescheduled wedding dates. Deanna was unbelievably kind, patient, and flexible, and did absolutely everything she could to be a part of my big day! When little changes popped up (e.g., adding an attendant/time changes), she readily made the changes (she's so on the ball!!) and was always sooo sweet/understanding about them. During a time of high stress and uncertainty, I always knew I could count on Deanna, and that really meant the world to me.

Wedding Day Makeup: The times I have felt prettiest in my life were for my wedding makeup trial, my engagement pictures, and most of all my wedding day. Deanna did my makeup for all 3 events :) Deanna truly has a gift for making each person look like the very best version of themselves. Even my pickiest bridesmaids commented to me that Deanna was INCREDIBLE and they'd love to work with her again. One of my bridesmaids in particular has had issues with her eyebrows all her life, and to this day she comments about how her eyebrows never looked better than when Deanna did them as part of her makeup routine (she is dying to book Deanna for her wedding but sadly for us, she moved to NJ -- you brides there are so lucky to have her :)). Also of note: my mother-in-law was very anxious about getting her makeup done for the first time, but Deanna was so gentle and did exactly what my MIL had hoped for. With that said, not only is Deanna insanely talented and knowledgable, but her presence is so calming and reassuring, which is important on your wedding day. She knows exactly what to do to make your makeup pop in pictures in the best way.

As a bride, I couldn't imagine my and my husband's big day without Deanna. I have never felt so confident or beautiful. Deanna, thank you for EVERYTHING. You had such a major role in making my wedding day the special and perfect day that it was! You are SO MISSED in Illinois!

Deanna worked with me, my sister and my niece. She was so calming and did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and she accomplished it.

Deanna did my makeup for my sister’s wedding. My makeup looked natural while being “extra” enough for pictures, and it lasted all day! I didn’t even need to reapply my lipstick! I don’t get my makeup done often, and it was my first time wearing false eyelashes, but Deanna was really patient and made me feel very comfortable. I was grateful to have one less thing to stress about!

I met Deanna 2 years ago for my best friends wedding. She did such a good job, I knew she had to do my makeup for my wedding! She is so easy to work with, so flexible and did such a great job. I don't wear a lot of makeup usually, so I loved how light the airbrush makeup feels. She took great care of me and my girls! I would recommend her to anyone looking for everyday, or special occasion makeup!

Deanna has done my make-up for several occasions and she is absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things not only about her, but her work!

Deanna was professional and listened to what the bridal party wanted. As a result everyone looked natural but with just the right amount of “glam” for photos.
I would definitely use her again for a big event. I loved my eye makeup and false lashes.
