Cassie went above and beyond making sure I found the right extensions for my dream mermaid hair! Penni made my skin look flawless and recommended a great hydrating spray as I tend to try out. The team was super accommodating when I last minute (sorry!) decided to get curls for my bridal shower and made it happen. Super shout-out to Cassie as she remained a calm and collected superhero with my tardy bridesmaid, who ended up needing to bring her baby to the appointment, and subsequently had a serious 'diaper emergency'! -
