Nicki is just the best photographer that my partner and I could have asked for!! I tend to be very camera shy but Nicki made me feel effortlessly natural and she did not make me do some corny poses (haha!). One of the reasons why my partner and I loved Nicki's work was because how diverse her clientele was with couples from varying cultural backgrounds and sexualities, and she was also very understanding of our request for anonymity due to personal reasons. She also has a very good eye for all amazing spots around the city. We went to West Village for our photoshoot, and Nicki showed us some simple, yet amazing spots that I just couldn't have imagined would look so beautiful on camera. She was also very prompt in providing us with a "sneak peek" within 18-24 hours of the photoshoot. All in all, to anyone who is looking for a fantastic photographer in NYC who is amazingly talented and a consummate professional, look no further!

My partner and I consider ourselves to be introverted and a bit awkward, so the idea of having our elopement photos taken in NYC felt daunting. We worried it would be forced and uncomfortable, especially with the city’s crowds. But the moment we met Nicki—just minutes before our City Hall ceremony—her warm smile instantly put us at ease. She was an absolute joy to work with, making the experience feel natural and effortless. She selected the most stunning city backdrops and captured intimate moments we’ll treasure forever.

What can I say, Nicki, you truly are amazing. I cannot recommend Nicki enough. Nicki was very responsive and I was very last minute, but that was not an issue for Nicki. Nicki made us feel so comfortable, and she took some amazing photos that my husband and I will cherish forever. I was in two.minds about whether or not to have a professional photographer, but it was the beat decision we made, so if anybody else is pondering this, DO IT! Nicki, you are just a genuinely lovely lady, who captures the special moments of people's special occasions, so that we can cherish them for a lifetime. Nicki you are the real deal! From the get go, she helped make our elopement a perfect moment. Aided with the marriage license, finding an officiant and suggesting that we do our vows in our favorite NYC park. Importantly, she captured our joy and love for one another without once asking us to "pose" for the camera.. being the shy, private people we are this is a quality we can't overstate. She also suggested we get married at sunrise, when the city would be quiet and the light would be magical. Nicki is a gifted artist and we are ever grateful for her participation in our special day.

I don’t even know where to start—Nicki is AMAZING, pure and simple. We hired her for our pandemic elopement in 2021 and loved her so much, we hired her again for our church wedding and reception in August 2022!

To start, her work is impeccable. Nicki manages to capture the joy of the day with candid and loosely posed photos that feel so natural and so YOU. Every shot looks like it belongs in a magazine—her composition and color/edits are SPOT ON and will make everyone you know stop and stare. She provides plenty of pics for the amount of time she’s with you (we received approx 150-200 for 2 hour elopement within 2 months, with several previews next day to share with our family and friends, and the same deal proportionally for the reception) and each one is stunning and worth printing. Nicki doesn’t give a ton of direction, preferring to let you and your boo be yourselves and capture that, so something to be aware of. But she makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera, I can’t imagine wanting anything else!

Beyond that, Nicki is simply a lovely human being and a wonderful professional to work with. Our elopement was plagued by every issue you could imagine (think spontaneous hurricane in NYC forcing last minute date and location changes!!!) and she rolled with the punches beautifully, like the calm in the center of our storm. Super responsive to the last minute and prepared for anything, she made sure we were all set, and even trekked through the rain with us to our original location to ensure we got the photos we envisioned for our day. For all the drama that could have been, she kept us smiling and laughing through it, and our happiness shows in every photo. It rained again a year later during our reception, and still she had us beaming through it all. I can’t praise her enough!!!!

We've only seen the sneak peek photos of our elopement and I'm already so thrilled! Nicki was great to work with - responsive, timely, and helpful in planning out our day. She helped relax us at the start and not feel so awkward posing. Her style is all about capturing the joy of the day. I highly recommend!

We are so happy with our decision to book Nicki as our photographer! We eloped from the UK and found Nicki via a google search and I fell in love with her style! Covid meant we had to reschedule our wedding quite a few times, Nicki couldn't have been more helpful during these times - nothing was too much and her advice was always spot on. On the big day Nicki made us feel so relaxed (we aren't fans of the camera), she works so fast and effortlessly you just feel like you're out for a walk together! She just clicks away while you smile, chat and hug like a newly married couple should do! We eloped with 2 small children and she was amazing with them too - quick family snap then they'd throw some stones in the water, or play around on some close by steps until they were next needed - so relaxed!! If I could award more stars I would!! The Sneak peak on the day was also a great touch!

We are so happy that we chose to go with Nicki and her team for our wedding. She made us feel so comfortable and definitely brought out all of the love and joy in our relationship through her photos. She's very perceptive and was able to find so many beautiful moments (and even calm the bride down when needed!)
