We held a business dinner & reception at the James Museum of Western Art for 50 people. DRG catered the event for us. Laura was such a HUGE help! She listened to what we wanted and came up with a starting point menu. We adjusted the menu from there. She was so accommodating to anything we requested, even special ordering specific wines and NOT overcharging us!! The taco bar, beef tenderloin and ravioli were amazing and the mashed potato bar was top notch!! Jess and her crew were on point and treated everyone like family. It's hard to plan events long distance, but this team made everything so easy and the event turned out beautifully. And to top it off, the prices were VERY reasonable.

This vendor is wonderful. Great food & drink for an affordable price. Laura and her team are prompt and professional. Everything was top quality and would highly recommend this vendor!

My husband and I were married on 5/21/22 and had such an incredible wedding. Laura was an absolute joy to work with; she was always accessible and quick to respond. We had to change our date and she was very helpful in that stressful situation. The catering staff was absolutely incredible and they all worked so incredibly hard to ensure that everyone was taken care of. The food was amazing, being the bride, I didn't get to eat all that much but what I did have was delicious and all of the guests raved about how amazing it was. Wow! We cannot begin to explain how amazing of a job Vanessa and her team did for our wedding reception. From the catering, to the set up, to fine details...we were totally blown away. And the food!!!! The food was AMAZING!! Everyone at my wedding reception was raving about it!!!!

That girl was working so hard for us the few months leading up the wedding and throughout the entire wedding weekend. She is extremely professional, kind, and detail oriented and we appreciated that so much. We told her exactly what we were looking for and she 100% exceeded our expectations! DRG Hospitality has catered the St. Petersburg Bar Association Annual Judicial Reception for the past two years. Each event included 150-200 attorneys and judges. The service offered by DRG Hospitality was phenomenal from start to finish. We host 60 events per year and DRG Hospitality provides the best service of any of our event vendors. They are flexible, professional, and creative in offering food selection suggestions to fit within the specified budget. When hosting a stressful event with many moving parts, I truly enjoy the peace of mind that DRG Hospitality provides both leading up to the event and the day of the event! I would highly recommend DRG Hospitality!

Not only was the food DELICIOUS, but DRG was incredible as we had to make multiple, last-minute changes to our wedding due to circumstances (coronavirus) out of (all) of our control. They rolled with every punch and we felt like they were rooting for our wedding to happen just as much as we were. And, because it was so good, it deserves a second mention, the food was AMAZING.

A pleasure to work with. They made it very easy to select the menu, drinks, etc. and to make changes or adjustments as desired. A single meeting was all it took to finalize everything. Thereafter, DRG handled everything without problems or drama. On the big day, everything was set up perfectly and served exactly as ordered. The food was delicious, the drinks just right, and the staff professional, friendly, and always helpful. Would definitely use DRG for any event.

We hosted a client event at the James Museum and had it catered by DRG-Hospitality. I have eaten at Datz for years, and when I heard they were the exclusive caterer at the Museum, I was even more excited. During our consultation, they provided some sample menus, but then we talked through some ideas, and they developed a custom presentation still within our budget. We did a Western/Mexican themed station service for our guests - make your own taco bar, chips and salsa bar, tapas, and dessert of churros with Mexican spiced hot chocolate. The food was so good, we actually ran out of some of it during the event! Everyone had rave reviews, and I was so happy with the flavors, the presentation, and the creativity with each element of every dish. I am still dreaming about the food that night! The staff was attentive, courteous, and professional. We will be having them cater another event soon!

A final note: We catered for 150 people and had full dinner, dessert, open bar, gratuity and event space rental included in the total catering amount.

Our event was for 180 people at the James Museum so Datz helped with a western food theme. I was hesitant to have a grits bar but the guests loved it. Being born and raised in the south, I know grits but these were gourmet grits with an assortment of toppings. All of the food was delicious. The coffee and dessert bar was also a hit with our guests. It would be hard to top the terrific food but I can rate the servers and floor manager as the best I have ever worked with. Professional, efficient and friendly. They made my job for the night a breeze.
