Very satisfied with my dress abd viel, Davids Bridal is the best place for Dress Shopping..

Our event was a 3 generation vow renewal and working with 3 brides who all wanted something different but would compliment each other was a challange, and Davids Bridal stepped up to the plate. We tried several vendors with out success.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, very flexible with my schedule. I was surprised to find actual designer dresses for very reasonable prices. The bridesmaid dress selection isn't great, but I was very impressed with the quality of the wedding gowns.

I had two associates helping me to find a new wedding dress only 4 days before the wedding! The girls were very helpful and determined to help me find something off the rack that I loved. This was my fourth trip to David's Bridal in the 6 weeks I planned my wedding. I felt like I could have been given a discount for purchasing a dress that had been tried on by several other women rather than ordering a brand new one from their warehouse. I was desperate, so can't complain. I also feel like they could be a little more flexible with their appointments. The two times I went in without an appointment were a struggle, even though they were not very busy.
I will say, I appreciate the alterations department for having my dress done on time.

My first appointment was amazing! I felt important and was able to find my dress and my bridesmaid's dresses in less than two hours. My gown fitting for alterations went smooth as well other than the language barrier. My last appointment was not as satisfying; I took my girls to try their dresses on to see what size they need to order. The consultant was rude and not helpful AT ALL, I had to go back and fourth to the rack to find different sizes for the girls.

The only reason I am giving David's Bridal 3.5 stars is because I was happy with my dress. It was gorgeous and reasonably priced. However, the service was not so great. I had issues with the alterations department. I had called about a week before I was set to pick up my dress to see if I could change the appointment. The alterations specialist I spoke with thought I was another bride! When I had made the appointment, they never wrote it down on their schedule, so someone else was scheduled in that same time slot. Fortunately, I had the carbon copy receipt they gave me when they scheduled the appointment, to prove that it was their mistake. The woman I spoke with wouldn't even work with me to try and find another time, so I kept the original one I had scheduled. When I went on my scheduled day and time, the alterations specialist made it very clear she wasn't happy about having to take 2 clients at the same time. She was very rude and that made me uncomfortable. I just felt that because it was a mistake they had made, it was not fair to myself or the other client to take the brunt of her irritation. Another issue I had was when I took my bridesmaids shopping for their dresses. We had made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. I felt like the specialist who helped us out on that day wasn't giving us her full attention. She was rushing us, and I could almost see her sigh when we picked out 3 (only 3!) dresses for them to try on. It was supposed to be a fun experience, and I just felt like she couldn't wait for us to leave. Overall, I was extremely happy with my dress and the bridesmaids' but I wouldn't recommend David's Bridal for their service.

I was really reluctant to go into this particular store because I had been hearing very mixed reviews. But I went in on a Saturday morning with an appointment, and I found that the girls were really helpful and attentive. And I ended up buying a dress here that I loved for much lower than I had planned on spending. We did come back and try on bridesmaid dresses and we didn't get quite the same experience, but overall I would say it is definitely worth checking out. Everyone was really nice and they have some great deals.

Daphne (consultant) was awesome, no complaints whatsoever. Their return policy is absurd because there is no return policy. The corset I bought there was awful, it folded and looked terrible under my dress. Alterations we're very expensive. Their shoes hurt a lot, just tried them on for the heck of it. Belts are very reasonably priced...though not same quality as many bridal shops. I got mine on Etsy for $80 and it was beautiful. I did find my dream dress there and ultimately that's all that mattered.

They help multiple brides at the same time with one salesperson going back forth from bride to bride, so be ready to wait. They do however have low priced gowns.
