Team
Dave is a classically trained whole-animal butcher, charcutier, and passionate chef. Melissa originally cut her teeth in NYC as an event producer, director, and performer. Together they discovered their passion for event production and particularly connecting with others to bring their wedding visions to life through exquisite food and seamless event execution. They were married in the Catskill area in 2021 and have personally faced all the challenges that go along with producing a wedding giving them the specialized ability to provide insightful advice that go beyond the borders of catering!
