Our Guests Are Still Talking About the Food
We were lucky enough to have Dave and Melissa cater our wedding, and if you are even thinking about hiring them, stop and do it now. I work in the food industry, so I knew our guests would have high expectations, but Dave and Melissa exceeded them by far. The food was hands down the best we have ever had at a wedding, and guests are still raving to us about the leeks, brisket, and whole pig. Also, we'll never forget the late snacks; the brie grilled cheese and smash burgers were such a hit!
One of the best parts was their flexibility in creating a menu that reflected our preferences. People loved watching them cook everything live, which added an amazing energy and visual element to the day. But most of all, people loved the food; beautifully prepared, perfectly executed, and full of flavor.
Beyond their talent in the kitchen, Dave and Melissa were kind, thoughtful, and made us feel completely taken care of. They even checked in on me after I got a concussion right before the wedding and handled all our questions with patience. They truly helped create the best day of our lives, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.
