Sweetie Pies LLC is a homemade pop tart bakery specializing in slow-baked goodies. These pop tarts are equally tasty as they are aesthetic next to your coffee and favorite book and are ideal for weddings and other special events. Owner Melissa grew up baking with her family and had a particular fondness for her grandmother's cakes and tarts. After moving back home, she took up the idea to make her family's passion into a thriving business. Today, she has partnered with several local companies and has grown a reputation within her community for her pop-tarts and cookies.

Melissa's pop tarts, mini tarts, and cookies are guaranteed to make your wedding dessert table look even more scrumptious! You and your guests can choose from chocolate mouse, s'mores, wild berries, strawberry raspberry jams, and brown sugar cinnamon-flavored tarts. Melissa sells her pop tarts in boxes of 4, 6, and 12, and everything is available for pickup in either North Salem, Rye, or Beacon. These sweet pies will look so incredible that you may skip the dinner to try them!
