Kim at Darling was so very helpful and accommodating!!!
Since we didn't have a bride, it was difficult for us to figure out exactly what we wanted. Kim helped us with different ideas and suggestions and all turned out absolutely perfect.
I was a little nervous about the timeline, but all the dresses and tuxedos showed up in plenty of time, so I had nothing to worry about and Kim kept reassuring me that everything would be fine.
Kim made sure to keep in contact with me throughout the process and her ideas were exceptional.
Zora is the best seamstress that you could ever find! We had a junior groomsmaid from out of town that was unable to get a final fitting until the day before the wedding and Kim and Zora were both so accommodating and made sure her dress was fitted to perfection the day before the wedding.
I couldn't have asked for a better vendor to provide all the attire for the wedding party.
We purchased our tuxedos from her as well and even with a change in shoe size a week and a half before the wedding, Kim made sure that everything fit well and we had everything we needed.

The dresses were custom made at a cost of $180 each. The rental tuxedos were $150 each and our purchased tuxedos were $400 each. I put this information in because of the amount we spent with her will not give a breakdown of how it was spent. I do not know what the cost of wedding dresses are, because we did not need one, so I have no reference on that.

Just got back from a bridesmaids appointment at Darling Brides, and it was so successful! My sisters traveled a long way from out of town for this appointment, and Kim was organized and helpful. She had the picture books ready for the designer I chose, and she quickly brought out several dresses for the girls to try.

All of my bridesmaids are wearing different styles and have different needs in terms of body-type and preferences--I was impressed at the way Kim found appropriate dresses for everyone. She gave clear instructions, and she was always ready to help with clips or a zip-up or advice. Everyone found a great dress, and Kim was completely transparent about measurements and sizing options. She was upfront about the timing of the dress ordering/shipment, as well as costs for the alterations the girls may have to make.

I was satisfied and impressed with the quality of service. It can be such a sensitive experience to try on dresses, and Kim made everyone feel comfortable and pretty. We all left feeling good! Looking forward to working with Darling Brides again when the dresses arrive!

Super friendly, super helpful. There is no push to buy, no push to try. I felt totally comfortable with them. They were so helpful in everything. They answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy with everything. Although they don't have as much variety as the bigger stores (they do have very beautiful gowns), it's the service and kindness that kept me coming back. I felt very comfortable with them.

Service, selection and flexibility are the norm here. So much fun to visit for fittings

All I can say is I had a wonderful experience at Darling Brides. No surprises...Anyway, I and my party worked with Kim, the owner, and she kept me abreast of everything at every juncture regarding my wedding. I even did my tuxedos and the guys looked fantastic. Kim...job well done!

Darling Brides was extremely helpful and friendly and I purchased both my wedding dress and girls dresses there - the staff was always willing to listen to any silly questions I had and even helped me out when one of my girls got pregnant and realized she would be 8 months pregnant at the wedding. The seamstress was amazing - a little pricey for alterations, but I suppose that's common anywhere!

The staff is great! We loved them. They also have a great seamstress!! She did a great job on all of our dresses! They are very organized! We did run into some problems with Tux's but as Kim assured me, it all worked out great! Thanks!!!

After going to all the others there was no comparison to Darling Brides. I purchased my bridal gown, bridesmaids and did tuxes. I was hesitant putting all my eggs in one shop but am glad I did. I might be accused of being a high maintenance bride/ bridezilla so Kim Darling the owner had her work cut out. The experience was top notch professionalism at every turn. All my girls were different shapes and sizes and the alterations woman did and excellent job of making the dresses look as if they were custom made for each girl also at a very fair price. The tuxedos came in 3 days before the wedding for my guys to try on and adjust. The other tux stores could only promise that the tuxes would be there 1 day before the wedding which caused concern. Also, we didn't have to have the tuxes returned until the following Monday which made it much easier for everyone. Any concerns I had along the way Kim was able to address quickly and to my satisfaction. I can't thank Darling Brides enough for a wonderful experience and a picture perfect wedding.

Awesome service, great people. Totally wonderful place. You get what you pay for! And you get great service and great alterations!

The staff at Darling Brides was fantastic from the first moment I walked in their store. They assisted me in finding a great dress off and were professional and helpful through the alterations and the pickup. I would recommend them to anyone in the Ann Arbor area.
