It was truly an honor and blessing to find Cassandra from CYoung photography and hire her to be our photographer for our Elopement wedding day. Her artistic approach is unmatched! She is a truly seasoned photographer who made everything so easy for us while she created and captured such magical moments that we now get to cherish in images forever. Every step of the way Cassandra was warm, helpful and incredibly insightful. Her easy going personality relaxed me and put my day of jitters at ease! In fact, she made the whole process a breeze. She was readily available to answer any questions we had and was flexible when we had to make changes to our timelines. She even helped provide leads on other vendors in the area.

Cassandra was phenomenal! She took care to discuss with me before the wedding exactly the style of photos I was hoping for. Not only did she immediately put me at ease on the day (she quickly felt like a friend!), but the pictures turned out incredible - very authentic to me and my husband. What can we say other than Cassandra is an OUTSTANDING photographer! The photos she took are incredible and captured our day perfectly, and we have not been able to stop looking at them since she gave them to us. Having had a "Out of Town/Destination Wedding" it wasn't easy for us to meet all of the vendors beforehand, but one phone call with Cassandra and she was able to get a feel for what we wanted and help us with not only a timeline and photo ideas, but the idea of a "First Look" and we are so thankful we took her advice. My sister told me from the day we got engaged "Make sure you get a good photographer, you will want to reflect back on everything because the day will fly by" and boy did we luck out!

A few specific notes on our wedding & needs... In the redwoods at a private home, and an unusual ceremony design. She scouted the site with us and walked through the space and our ideas, suggested improvements (which were excellent), and consulted / advised on the timing (which really helped). She was flexible and communicative throughout the process from setting our contract through delivering the photos. And on our wedding day it was clear she's a master at this -- from her kind presence in our intimate getting-ready gatherings, to her creative excellence with our first look photos, to her patience on wrangling family for group portraits AND attention to detail so everyone looked good!
