Grateful for her patience & responsiveness with any questions we had at any time. Her professionalism is surely memorable and I appreciated her attention to detail for an outstanding invitation. Our wedding guests still compliment ours, what a beautiful feeling! We are overly thankful to have had her be such a big part of our wedding day. JoAnn was amazing to work with, she took her time with us and our parents and made sure we got the invites that we were in love with, then the pandemic happened and she was so understanding and there each time i had to reprint invites, and did them for me discounted. she made such a hard time so much easier! -
